This is a great mace. It is well made and well finished. I have been used this as a starter mace with a view to eventually going heavier but that being said doing 50+ 360s you really start to feel the burn. Really really pleased with this purchase. Bit surprised that it came from the States, though.

Arrived early, in good condition. Good handle width and length. I ordered a 35lb and a 15lb. Plenty of weight, I will probably order some lighter ones.

So many different exercises can be done and they are perfect for your abs. I have a #5 and a #20 maceball I have to work up to the #20 due to a wrist injury but it will just take time. I highly recommend this for home use for people who don’t have time to stop at the gym
