Better Than Expected
Black Watch Plaid colouring is much more vivid than I expected. Washed delicate per instructions (inside out), line dried, then fluffed (no heat) in the dryer. My down comforter is now clad in yards of luxurious, high quality flannel.I inspected buttons and seams whilst this duvet hung out in the daylight and find it to be the highest quality construction, complete with ties in the four corners to secure the down comforter from bunching up. No evidence of pilling and I found minimal lint shedding in the dryer. The flannel is so soft there would be little need to use softener... I'm very pleased. I will buy another in a different pattern, that's how happy I am.

Feels expensive, great buy!!!
This duvet is awesome. I wanted a cozy Christmasy theme for guests that are coming for Christmas and I had my eye on one from Williams Sonoma but it was $$$$. This one was half the price and it is beautiful, super soft flannel. I wish the matching shams were available but I got the plain cream flannel pillowcases instead. I’m so happy with this purchaseUpdate: the shams ARE available so I ordered them today!!! Seriously such a good deal, the set from WS was going to be $350 and this set was $70

BEAUTIFUL, ELEGANT and Fantastic buy!
ABSOLUTELY beautiful, soft and superb quality at a fantastic price. Colors are vibrant and I LOVE THE look. I added a fantastic seasonal pillow from Kohl's and the combination in my bedroom with the Lavender walls.....simply perfect. Can't wait to crawl in this soft haven that is now my bed at the end of the day. Get the pillow cases, quality is exactly like Duvet.

size is more like a full/queen
Pros - Arrived as pictured, very softCons - Sizing is waaaay off. Ordered a king, size is more like a full/queen. Bought this for my queen size Tuft & Needle mattress/bed and it's not even possible to tuck it in - should one choose to use this as a blanket only. Also, the buttons are located along where you'd have this on the side of the bed. They should be located along the top or bottom end so that someone sleeping on one of the sides doesn't curl up to get cozy with buttons.Sadly, I didn't get to open this and try it out until after the return deadline, otherwise I would have returned it faster than I ordered it. My fault. Buyer beware!

We got the cream/red one and it goes on so easy and closes securely with buttons
We had a flannel duvet cover from Ralph Lauren that we used for years before it finally wore out. We were looking for replacement to cover a basic full size bed spread the family loves to use in the living room while watching TV. This was prefect. We now have two. We got the cream/red one and it goes on so easy and closes securely with buttons. It is strong enough for my stupid cats and holds up well to a baby and toddler. It is heavyweight so perfect for cold climates. It washes easy in your home washer and dryer and I have not had problems with any wear/tear from washing or using.

Super soft flannel duvet cover
LOVE this duvet cover. I am currently using it as a blanket without a duvet insert. I am very hot natured and flannel is a great breathable material for a blanket. I searched high and low for a flannel blanket and came up empty so I decided to try this duvet cover as a blanket. I love it. It’s heavy enough to keep me warm but light enough that I’m not sweating at night. Now that it’s getting colder I may try putting a duvet insert in it and see how it goes. If you are a cold natured person, this duvet cover will help keep you toasty warm with a nice duvet in it I’m sure. It’s really nice and soft and gets softer with each wash just like you would expect flannel fabric to do. I guess there is some ‘pilling’ but to me it’s just the normal way that flannel gets kind of broken in. I think the quality is great. I’ve washed it several times and have not noticed any shrinking and no excess pilling-beyond what you might expect from any flannel fabric. The lint trap in the dryer is no more full than if I were washing any other blanket that I own. The pictures show it stretched out across a king size mattress. It has about an inch overlay on each side on the king mattress so I’m sure it would fit a standard queen size mattress just fine. Although it’s possible if you have a deep mattress with a pillow top or something it might not have enough over hang so you might consider a king size. The photos also show a close up of the fabric after having been washed a couple of times so you can see that it seems to hold up really well. The colors are great, even better than the listing shows. Overall a great product and I’m very happy with it.

I sleep through the night now
I like this duvet. No I love this duvet. I bought a second gray one as a gift. Mine is the cream & plaid color. The dye did not make me sick. The fabric had no fillers that triggered asthma. It's super soft. I wash it without detergent, because detergent causes my throat to swell & I cough.I insert a regular blanket inside and button it shut. It lies flat. It is easy to handle. I poked holes in an old blanket on all four ends. I tied the ribbons sewn to the inside of the duvet to the blanket. (With the old blanket on the inside I don't come into contact with detergent residue.)The warmth is spread evenly across and it holds the warmth. It's downright cozy in the winter. In the Florida summer it's a light spread. The ribbon ties do not come loose. They are a flexible but perfect fabric to tie and untie. I've used the duvet almost 10 months daily. The ribbons stay secure until I easily untie them. I recently, combined the duvet with the Snugglepedic bamboo covered pillow. The Sjogren's-like symptoms I had for several years stopped. I sleep the night through rather than wake with dry eyes & throat. I plan to buy yet another duvet just like the first one this fall.

This duvet is high quality but I cut it up!
The fabric is very high quality, soft, and finished on both sides. Feels thick and lovely. I know, this is weird. But fabric is so expensive I purchased this duvet cover to make pajamas for my 6'3" son with 38" inseam and 34" waist. Can't find PJ's that long. So, I was able to make 3 pairs with pockets (and I think there is still enough for one more pair but figured that was enough for now. LOL).

Excellent duvet cover
We absolutely love our warm duvet cover, it's incredibly soft and cozy, and is a very nice thick flannel that feels like it will last a long time. It washes up beautifully and the ties on the inside corners were a nice surprise. The buttons for the closure are nice and big; other duvets tend to have tiny buttons that pop open but these are holding very well. They button onto the inside of the cover so they are quite invisible. I was skeptical going in, but I highly recommend this!

Fabulous "Velvety" Duvet Cover
We love this duvet cover! It's our second purchase of this brand; they're super soft, almost like velvet, warm for our Canadian winter nights and wash beautifully. You do have to purchase the matching pillow cases separately and it is in fact a "pillowcase" not a "sham" which would be nicer. Also, I do wish more of the patterns were available. Packaging was nice (boxed) and delivery was fast and efficient.

You better love those tiny balls of lint; pilling like crazy!
Lovely pattern and very well constructed. The fabric is soft and gets softer after laundering BUT, be prepared for it to look terrible. It is covered in those tiny little balls of linty fabric on the side which is in contact with your body. They won't come off. They are uncomfortable for those of us that enjoy sleeping au naturel. If I turn it over, I will be left with 2 terrible sides instead of 1. I do not recommend this product for this reason. I've purchased flannel duvet covers in the past, 100% cotton, for less money, and they have not pilled. This is very disappointing considering I've also purchased separately the matching pillow cases which are having the same issue. Very uncomfortable against the skin. I'm going to try the Eddie Bauer brand. I'll spend the extra $$ rather than put up with this problem.

Mixed 2 patterns together and it looks so cozy
I have used duvet covers for over 50 years and usually don’t bother with a top sheet but these are so soft....Really impressed with the duvet cover, it’s beautiful and fits my Queen Duvet with room to spare. Buttons on the bottom I prefer over a zipper as eventually threads fray and get caught in the zipper. I also bought a plain red duvet and sheets so Ican mix and match....would not hesitate to recommend these sheets.
