No idea if this is what it should be. Toro says it is
Bolt comes without nut. The three marks on the head usually mean a grade 5 bolt, so I am not sure about it shearing. In any case the auger drive belt will slip if the unit hits something

It is a very simple part and works fine to fix my Toro 724 snowthrower. You can probably by a generic version for a lot less but I didn't know what size to get so just got the OEM version.

The bolt functions well as a bolt used to bolt the proper piece in place. 5/5 would use this bolt to bolt my future bolting projects.
