Good hardware, bad software
On paper, this product had all the things I was looking for:-Single ear style-Good quality mic-Noise cancellation-Reputable brand-USB C + bluetoothIn actuality it does all those things well, however the major flaw is the software and connection. It claims to be Teams integrated, however I have constant problems when using it with Teams. Some of these issues are:-When you connect to the headset and then connect to your Teams call, it freezes, sometimes meaning I have to quit Teams, switch off the headset, open and connect to my Teams call without the headset, and then once I am in the call, I connect to it.-Constant Poly software updates - why!?-You need to quit the Poly software on your laptop for a smoother Teams experience - otherwise there seems to be a clash that causes freezing/crashes.In conclusion, maybe if you are using the latest version of Mac OS or Windows, you won't have issues, however, this is my experience with these headphones - very promising, but frustrating software and connection. Otherwise, once on call and stablized, they work well.

Works reliably, straight away, zero fuss
Even before COVID I had a lot of video calls. Now, I spend most of my working day, working from home, on video calls. I was jealous of colleagues who could get up, move around, walk away, even grab a coffee without leaving the call.I was worried about the bluetooth. I’ve always found it unreliable and finnicky. I didn’t need to worry. The included dongle is pre paired with the headset (which arrived fully charged). When you plug the dongle in to your machine (a mac in my case) it seems to appear as an external sound card rather than a bluetooth adapter. It just works immediately. No pairing, no clicking, no nothing. The light on the dongle goes red when the headset is muted.I downloaded the desktop app. This immediately updated the software on the headset and dongle, again zero issues. Then I customised the headset with a UK voice (tells you about battery state and muting etc), and tweaked some other settings to taste. It immediately worked with my applications.I love the mono earpiece because I tend to get too loud if I have stereo earpieces in. There is customisable talk back so that you hear your own voice to help with this as well.It drops on to the charging dock easily. For travel a nice little soft bag is included along with a cable. If you forget to charge or are in a no radio area it will work corded via USB.I used to buy Jabra but they kept breaking.Poly is the new name for Plantronics… maker of bland but high quality call centre kit for decades. This new model shows that with the new brand they’re prepared to make a product not only excellent in function, but stylish too. It’s awesome, I’m delighted.

The best noise cancelling microphone tested to date
I tested this against other popular headsets including the Jlab go work, Jabra evolve 2 65, Anker powerconf 500, and it came out in first place in the microphone noise supression teast followed closely by the Jlab go work. The test includes placing a loudspeaker playing a podcast to simulate a coworker shouting next to me. It must be noted that the 3rd place was much worse than 2nd place. Co-workers were able to notice the difference immediately, complaining about background noiseThese were the results:1. Voyager 43202. Jlab go work3. Jabra evolve 2 65 (significantly worse than the Jlab)4. Anker powerconf 500 ( almost as if it didnt have noise cancellation)

Well worth the money
I use this for work on a Windows pc, I had tried loads of cheaper ones, total false economy. This is brilliant, so light and comfortable excellent found quality and it means I can keep an ear out for the doorbell when I'm home. Also great to play music and make calls on my mobile.

Great headset for work
This is a quality headset. The ears are comfy. The controls are easy to use. The barlttery life lasts a couple of days so far but not tested that much. The range is quite good. I can have good connection whilst phone is in front of house and I'm in the garden 15 ish meters away

The headsets are good
The headsets are good. I like it very much on my calls. I like the mic isolation from the outside sound. I like that the battery is really good. I don’t like it is the range. I was expecting a higher range such us 50 m. But other then that I am pleased with the headsets.
