Exceeded My Expectations!
Day 1 & 2: So, I really didn't want to buy a scooter without knowing for sure that it would be worth the $400 price tag. Guess what? The Kugoo M2 Pro is worth it and I did get a deal on it, but $400 is worth it, also. Smooth ride, 18 miles per hour without full charge (I am 150lbs), quality made (sturdy, polished finish and attractive), suspension is great ( on my bumpy beach street) and responsive with the accelertion and the braking. I am ready to buy my second one for my wife, right now!!! This is was my Father's Day/Birthday gift from my wife and kids and I would not steer you wrong. I'm 58 and active in Belmont Shores, Long Beach where a scooter is part of the experience and this is as good as the rentals I've been using for the last 3 yrs for sure!Day 5: Still loving it! Just bought the exact same one for my wife (it was $75 more this time) & still worth it based on my experience so far. Charged it a couple days ago and have not had to recharge it after multiple rides around the neighborhood. Have come to a conclusion on a couple trouble shooting problems people posted about their Kugoo that appears to be very similar to the M2. First, I think the wire attached in the handlebars may come detached if not plugged in all the way or just over time gravity and bumps dislodge the cable connection (Solution: I would use electrical tape around the connecting wires when assembling it.). I will go back in on mine later and do the electrical taping later. Second problem, the cruise control does engage when the scooter has maintained a constant speed for a hundred feet or so. I actually like this feature, but you do need to tap the breaks to disengage this feature. I am going to try and post updates as I go through the first week or two as I do think this would have been helpful for me. Can't wait for my wife's to arrive!!!Update: The top speed has been 20.5 mles/hr (33km/hr) with a full charge and the speed with only one bar showing on the charge was 16 to 17 mile/hr (27 km/hr) which I was pleasantly surprised that it only went down so little with one bar. I have not driven on one bar to drain it yet, so I do not know what happens at the end of one bar showing. BTW-15 to 18 miles per hour is plenty fast on these scooters and I am riding the scooter at 18 miles/hr almost every bit of my rides (from a full charge down to one bar). It's been about two months since the initial purpose and all is great! Taking it to work to putt around and still cruising around Long beach without any problems. The grey rubber foot pad does get dirty looking, but it's an outdoor vehicle so it's part of the ride.I am riding both with my wife, kids and friends. The charge is sustainable, the speed has been unchanged and I still reccomend getting this scooter. More to come if I have any trouble and I probably won't post anything else about the quality I have experienced and the consistency that continues!

Most Fun You Can Have With Your Clothes On!
After being cooped up for months of pandemic inactivity, these scooters were an amazing vehicle of discovery and escape for the whole family! Very solidly built, and sporting a heavier-load capacity of 265 pounds (the ad says 300, but nothing in the paperwork goes quite that far). Best feature is the suspension on both the front and back wheels - makes for a great smooth, even on bumpy surfaces! When spring returns, this will be my regular to-and-from work mechanism, but also just loads of fun. If you've never ridden a scooter, the low center makes balance and navigation very intuitive - easier than riding a bike in my experience. Also incorporates a manual rear-wheel foot brake pad which most others don't have, and the electric hand brake is firm but not abrupt, allowing for smooth braking. Battery time seems a little below what's promised, but this likely depends on weight... and I'm not exactly pencil-thin. Folds up and carries fairly easily, and the pivot point on the frame is not on the steering neck (which I've always been a bit leery about) but rather on the base platform. We tried 6 different units before buying, and this was far and away the favorite. Bottom line? If you're looking to take the plunge into e-scooter territory, whether you want to save the planet or just zip around on a well-built diversion, I'd highly recommend the Kugoo!

Best in class
I tried the Gotrax XR Ultra (couple of rides) and Apollo Air Pro (many rides). This Kugoo is a little heavier than the Gotrax and a little lighter than the Apollo. It cost less than both, has a better ride (IMO) than both, better brake feel than both, similar speed and range, higher load rating (for the occasional tandem ride). Where it absolutely rocks is the ease of folding/unfolding and the rotating handlebar while folded to lay flat. It assembles with 1 wire connection and 2 screws. Have been riding regularly for a month. App is interesting but don't use it much. Ditto for selecting max speed (1, 2, 3). I just leave it on 3. Lights front and rear good, rider board solid, I take it up and down TTC stairs and escalators. Loving it.

Extremely pleased with purchase
I bought this scooter for my son who is 6’5” and over the weight limit for most scooters. I can’t speak to how it handles but I haven’t heard anything but positive things about his scooting experience. He doesn’t like to drive so this has given him a lot of independence. He’s able to easily tuck the charger into his backpack for any overnight stays with friends. The few times weather has been an issue the scooter folded up easily and fit into the trunk of our Sportage without any problems. He’s even talking about getting one of those chest pet carriers so his little dog can join him on his adventures. All in all we’re very happy with the purchase and will be sad to pack it away when the snow returns.

Distributor promise to refund the $117 rt of defective scooter have had only excuses and no refund
I was so excited to use this this summer but it is a HUGE dissapointment. It can only go 6 km/hr max Speed. Best to choose any other escooter on Amazon than this one 👎

DONT BUY THIS
This scooter is actually the worst. Is the back tail light stopped working almost immediately, battery life is very short. Many problems with the back tire, had to pay almost $100 to fix up the inner tube for the back tire just for it to malfunction again and completely pop. Could not get tire replaced, and breaks are very bad quality and cheap. Was not able to get a refund from seller or Amazon, and am very disappointed. Ended up selling this scooter for parts in exchange for a nine or Segway. Way better and cheaper than this one. HUGE RIPOFF! DONT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY. They’re using cheap parts for this scooter and charging people for more
