I am so happy that my son's birthday decoration looked like it was arranged by a pro. During the pandemic, it's advisable to buy DIYs instead of hiring professionals so this is a great buy for me and saved me lots of professional costs. Minor comment is that some balloons have punched holes which might be a factory defect, so those could not be used. Other than that, everything is great! I purchased two sets to the number of balloons were enough.
