Bought it just before lock down, didn't use it for months and then it lasted a few weeks of daily use before the plastic part of the lid separated from the metal outer part.Once the join had failed it became very hard to open the lid. Another week and the whole thing came to bits.Probably would have been able to send it back, but due to the delay in using it, my return window had closed.It looked good and kept things warm, but the lid didn't stand the test of time

I've already got a BUILT coffee flask which works brilliantly but unfortunately this doesn't. I boil up soup at 7am for work and eat at about 12-1pm. My soup is just warm. I can drink it directly out of the neck. Therefore, I'm not inclined to recommend this, especially if you expect it to keep stuff warm all day. In fact I was going to return it but I waited too long.

Doesn't keep food hot. Twice i have cold soup, followed instructions to heat flask first.Returning this item, i have used it twice.

I took a long time choosing my new food flask. Settled on this one. Sadly unimpressed. First time i used it at lunch i could not get the lid off. It teists and clicks twists and clicks and does not release. I had to use a tool to assist me to get it off!! The next day i made sure not to over tighten it but its a worry if you dont do it tightly. Its now happened twice and ive gone back to my old flask now.

Always put boiling hot water in first for 5-10mins then pour away and put hot food in it ...daughter takes to school for lunch and the food still hot. SUPERB.
