Don't Buy
You get what you paid for. It cannot split or cut evenly. Either the other half is crushed or will not cut into correct half. I used a knife instead like I used to do. I thrown out in my window.

CAN'T RETURN
WRONG ITEM.....CAN'T RETURN. SAYS...QUOTE, "SAFE, BUT SHARP BLADE. The medicine cutter has a retracting blade guard to create a safe cutting environment. The blade guard covers the blade when the pill splitter is not in use so fingers are safe; blade stays sharp for cutting pills with just a push" HAS NO GUARD OF ANY KIND!!!!!

Poorly made, please avoid, nonrefundable!
Dull blade and the pill cutter itself is cheap and brittle plastic. The "grip" is just plastic as well, meaning small pills just slide around in the V, and trying to put a larger pill in there just snaps it apart because it's cheaply made. As I found out from other one star reviews, it breaks very easily, and you can't even get your money back and there's no way to contact the manufacturer. Don't waste your money!
