Superb Quality, Works Very Well, Good Build Quality
I own a small design studio and only have two employees and we regularly have calls with clients in which all three of us need to be listening in and the loudspeaker function on our phones just were not cutting it in terms of call quality. So I went looking for a better alternative for mobile phone use and found this....The item arrived safely and in good condition. It looks and feels very well made and certainly looks like a nice bit of kit.The instructions were well written and easy to understand in order to get the device up and running. The main / primary function of this device is to be a conference call speakerphone for mobile phones working via bluetooth. There is a sufficient improvement during conference calls with clients now both in how we hear the call and also the quality for the client on the other end with three of us talking. The microphones are excellent and now we can just sit around a table normally instead of all crowded around one mobile phone which was less that ideal. The device connects perfectly via bluetooth to a range of phones we have here including (Samsung S8, CAT Android, Iphone 7 and a Nokia something or another). The controls on top of the device allow you to answer and end a call, volume up and down buttons, power button to turn the device on and off. We tried a few tests of one of us running outside and then making a call to a phone in the office connected to the device via bluetooth to test the noise cancellation feature and it too works very well.To add additional functionality to this device you can install it's companion app (you don't need the app if you just want the main feature detailed above) which is available for both iOS (iphone) and Android based smart phones. The app allows you to record any calls placed or received and then stores them with a time stamp which can be handy for important phone calls so you can a complete audio recording of the call should it need to be revisited for any reason. One of the coolest features of this device which I didn't know about it before I bought it is that it can translate any foreign language used during a call and give you a text translation on the app which will be very handy for us as we work for international clients all the time and most calls are done in English but there is often words that come up that either we don't understand or the client is unable to express in English.... this will make us look a whole lot smarter and more professional than we actually are.Two of the other features is the ability to use this as both a bluetooth speaker for your phone or other bluetooth enabled device or as a USB speaker for your computer (desktop / laptop) and with the USB speaker mode you literally just plug in the USB cable and it works immediately without the need to install any software or drivers. Music played through the speaker in both bluetooth and USB mode is good quality with clear and crisp audio and if the speaker is on a desk or other similar surface the bass is pretty impressive too. I can't see it being used too much as a speaker in our situation but definitely nice to have should we ever have the need. This really is a considerable piece of kit that is very well made and works superbly for not a lot of money considering it's features and quality. We are very impressed and would highly recommend it.

Great but not perfect
If you want to replace your old meeting device, this is definitely the product for you. Audio is great, both from the microphone and out of the speaker. The product is fairly easy to figure out without following the instructions and although the device is from a chinese manufacturer and those are the first instructions you see, the translation is pretty good and easy to follow if you need them. The device itself is sleek looking, it's well built and it's designed well (although the long press action for some buttons like Power is a bit confusing at first since not all buttons have long press functionality). So why isn't it perfect?1) For this kind of price, I would expect it to come with a soft case at least. If anything it's more consideration for the user since they have to find a case that fits the dimensions of this as close as possible and it's a pain in the butt. If you're also wondering what case to get, check out portable speaker cases for UE Roll 2 or UE Roll Wireless Bluetooth Portable Speaker - if you compare the dimensions, it fits this one pretty snugly (not perfect, but probably as close as you'll get). I hope this saves someone some time.2) The app they say you can install just restarts itself infinitely and never loads properly. Given the other reviews I suspect the app just hasn't been tested properly. Again, for this kind of price I would expect some proper testing to have been done on the app and it just leaves a bad taste in your mouth.3) The model numbers are a bit confusing. The other models mentioned in the manual haven't actually been released yet and the website, as well as this page, don't make it clear this is the basic model. This isn't really a problem as the basic model is more than enough for most people, but bear in mind it's only the unreleased models that are supposed to do voice recording as well as translation. If you search for reviews on the models you should find some that mention the other models and what they add.If you don't care about the above points, then go ahead and treat this as a 5 star review :)

Good hardware let down by poor software
This is a product where the hardware guys have got their act together but the software guys are seriously dragging down the overall experience. As noted on Play store the 'value add' of the app currently (Aug 18) fails to start and goes in a never ending loop and that's a shame. The overall product from a hardware point of view is good. The box (see pics) is very well presented, again adding to the quality feel. In use, the mic's pick up the sound well and are directional. Audio quality is very clear with a good tonal balance making voices distinctive. It sounds like a more expensive polycom and the overall feel of the product in its size and shape convey a sense of quality. Plugging into the PC it make for a convenient hands free way to use meeting tools (webex, etc) and the vol up/down adjusts the windows volume. Bluetooth works without fault .The kensington slot (Not that its got a high percentage chance of use) is recessed so my kensington combo lock didnt fit. A cheaper Belkin with the scissor type insert fits ok.However, coming back to the fly in the ointment, the software doesn't work currently. Even the button for the ai assistant (Ie triggering Siri, Google, etc) causes something to flash on the phone (S7 Edge) and nothing to happen. Being able to record (Translate, meh) would be a massive benefit in allowing later summary transcription and review and for me that was to be the real add (And one of the reasons for spending nearly double compared with a Jabra 510).So, if eMeet can pull their finger out and sort out the software (Currently 2.6.0 so gawd knows what all the last revisions have been like...) then the product will be worth the rather inflated price and a full five stars. If not YMMV and you might be better off with money in the bank and a Jabra.

Clear sound for cross-site meeting
My team now have to work across two sites. We have struggled in meetings with one person holding up their phone on speakerphone - the quality was poor and the microphone very directional.Other teams are using old-fashioned dial-in conference phones, which are tied to desks and require a phone socket. Some rooms have the luxury of a bluetooth speaker but it cuts out intermittently and the audio sounds like listening to someone in their bathroom. The eMeet M2 was entirely different: when my colleague phoned, her voice was virtually as clear as being in the room. There was no echo and no blanking out. We were able to speak naturally to each other without having to remember to talk to a microphone. The lights on the device followed who was talking. She said that the audio from each of us sat around the table was very clear and not at all strained - no one was tired of using the device in a meeting that lasted over an hour.Given how portable it is, we can meet anywhere.NB we haven't yet tried it with several people dialing in using Skype - just one person joining a group meeting using phones. However, whether that works well will be more down to the Skype software than this device. We were all very impressed and have ordered a few more.

we have been using a highly recommended speaker phone from another supplier
In our Software Development Centre, we conduct all of our Agile meetings over webconferencing. At our desk, we typically use wired headsets, but at Sprint Review meetings, Sprint Planning meetings and other product discussion meetings and workshops, where we may have 10 people together in a room and another 10 people connected remotely, we use a single wired speaker phone, connected to a laptop in the main room. To date, we have been using a highly recommended speaker phone from another supplier. However, we have received a bit of criticism that people in the room are not able to be heard by remote participants on the web conference. Because of this, I looked around for a similar speakerphone device. It is through this search that I came across the eMeet M2 device and I decided, to give it a try, based on reviews and product comparisons.Whilst I've only had the eMeet M2 speakerphone for a couple of days, the impact of introducing it to our meetings has been evident to everyone immediately. The voice quality received through the eMeet M2 is excellent. Absolutely crystal clear. Likewise, given the multiple microphones built into the eMeet M2, the discussions from the main Team, is being picked up by the remote participants, much much better and even Team members who would be known to talk softly are being picked up as well as if they were face to face with remote participants. We're very happy with the eMeet M2. For sure, we haven't used all of the features yet - for example, we haven't connected the eMeet M2 over bluetooth. However, already, the eMeet M2 exceeds the audio quality of the previous product that we used, which itself received great reviews ... but the eMeet M2 definitely excels.I will definitely be buying more of these devices for our other Development Teams.UPDATE - I have since started using the eMeet M2 when bluetooth connected, and it was super easy to connect - a simple search for new devices, a click on the eMeet M2 icon and instant connection with my mobile phone or laptop. As a nice surprise, I arrived late to a meeting room, where the meeting was already going on with other Team Members and connected my laptop, with my own eMeet M2 connected and instead of getting echo or feedback from other devices already connected in the call, we instead got enhanced sound quality from the meeting. ( those who have ever joined a meeting late and connected only to then bring the meeting to a halt with the dreaded screech and feedback between other devices will understand ) Bluetooth Speakerphone - eMeet M2 Wireless Conference Speakerphone Business Conferencing Call 26ft 360º Far-field Voice Audio Pickup AI Self-adaptive Speakerphone Skype, Webinar, Phone, Call CenterBluetooth Speakerphone - eMeet M2 Wireless Conference Speakerphone Business Conferencing Call 26ft 360º Far-field Voice Audio Pickup AI Self-adaptive Speakerphone Skype, Webinar, Phone, Call Center
