Purchased this to replace a damaged keyboard only to find that certain keys on this also did not work.

TouchPoint Broken When Received
The red touchpoint on the keyboard was broken since installed. It constantly drags the mouse to the bottom left side of the screen making the computer unusable. The seller did not respond to my messages for assistance with the issue.
