The pie fit perfectly!

I bought this set of 6 in a 6 inch size about three years ago and have found them to be of excellent quality and perfect size for pies for a single person or a couple. Excellent for gifting small pies for family and friends. Anchor Hocking company has maintained it’s excellent reputation for good quality products.

We use these little dishes for individual pot pies and more. My husband loves chicken pot pie, but the leftovers are never as good because the crust does not stay crispy. It tends to go uneaten. I ordered these for making individual pot pies and they have been perfect. I also discovered they work great for cooking one or two eggs in the microwave. I also use them for holding a slice of pie or cake that I heat up put cream on. I like the size and the sides are shallower than my bowls.After constant use they have no chipping at all.

I was looking for something to make a deep dish chicken pot pie in and this dish is just the thing. I use it often. Exactly what I wanted and needed.

I purchased this set for my daughter who is getting married. I etched the bottoms with her married name. It etches beautifully and the scrolly decoration up the sides makes it look so classy.
