Highly effective
My gastroenterologist recommended this brand to me. I was having major constipation and had tried other brands to no avail. Taking one every other day is perfect for me in being regular!!

I love these!
Great fiber supplements!! Absolutely no excess gas unlike other supplements which is awesome. I will say, if you a susceptible to constipation (especially from too much fiber) I'd recommend taking these every other day as they can exacerbated the issue. I definitely didn't have the opposite issue (diarrhea) from them though which is good. These have no taste and are easy for me to take along with my other morning pills. Will purchase again!

Much gentler than psyllium husk
My system can't handle the usually recommended fiber, psyllium husk, due to existing GI problems. My GI doctor recommended this type (methylcellulose) and I concur. Much gentler on the system and no horrible side effects like I'd get with even small doses of the other. In addition, it does the job in terms of "regularity." Win-win for me.

Taken as directed the product is effective. the pill is large, quite dry and must be taken with a good amount of water—- no Little sips. No real taste

It keeps me regular after three stomach surgeries. I take two every eight hours and and everything stays normal

Great for travelling.Excellent type of fibre,as there is no gas problems.I use both the powder and tablets.
A bit pricey.However great for putting it in your purse.If I am out and eat something with white flour this negates the high carbs.White flour is the same on your body like sugar.It rapidly goes too fast on the stumach.Causing blood sugar problems.Thanks Mary Formosa.
