Screw Won't Turn to Install the Cranks
I purchased several of these cranks as this company seems to be the only one who makes them. I couldn't even turn the screw to install them. Don't waste your time.

Did not fit, was supposed to fit Pella casement ...
Did not fit, was supposed to fit Pella casement window, but would fall off. Couldn't tighten it enough. Returned for full credit from Amazon.

Knob does not turn
Looks like the knob should turn - like almost every window crank that I have used, but it does not. My guess is that the color coat may have locked the knob.
