I use a silicone popper in my microwave to make this. Popcorn is tender and tasty. Very few unpopped kernels.

I can't stand the thought of all the chemicals in easy pop popcorn and this is as easy as it gets. I pour a bit of olive oil in the pan and let it pop, and then I add my own toppings.

Just popped the first batch in an air popper and these are the largest organic popcorn I’ve been able to get in years! Very good!! A mix of regular and mushroom kernels.
