I'm over 70, my last hammock was tippy, and hard to get into and out of. It had wooden pieces at each end to spread the woven rope, to make the bed more flat, but it just made it hard to get into and especially out of- this design is superior, with the wooden end pieces- you don't get the cocoon feeling with the spreaders.

Easy to install, holds a good weight as long as it’s well secured. I’m 235 lbs. and it holds me and my 5yr old 44lbs body. The kids loves swinging on that thing
