Mopar 5210 7846AH, Auto Trans Shifter Cable

At some point, a previous owner of my truck had made some unwise modifications to the automatic transmission shift linkage. One of those modifications was installing the incorrect shifter cable. This item was perfect fit for my '05 Dodge Ram 3500 Laramie Quad Cab diesel.

It didn't fit my truck, I have a Dodge Ram 1500, I took it to the dealer and he looked up the Part number and they sent me one that fit a Ram 2500, and apparently they are about 1/2 inch difference and that's all it takes not to fit. I didn't mess with the seller because A friend of mine who owns a shop bought it from me and I got my money back, But beware if you buy this from this seller make sure they send you the right one. This caused me 2 weeks without my truck. The product was fine just wrong part sent to me.

This item was what we expected, although we paid for next day air and recieved the package a couple days later.

Did not fit

I have a 2003 dodge ram 1500 quad cab 5.9l & am looking for the upper part of the shift cable it has an electric plug and connects to shifter on the column. Is this it?
