It's my first time to use a floor jack. What a time saver compared to a scissor hack that comes with the car. It is very heavy to move around but locking the lift bar in the tab and using it to pull the jack around helps. I like that the release valve is separate on the side making it safe from accidental release. A slight turn releases the jack so be very gentle with it. Mine came with the valve in the release position. The jack worked immediately after closing it clockwise. I bought this version that has the extension for my SUV but have not used it. Someone commented that the extension is rated for 2.5tons which is lower than the jack itself so take note of that. The packaging can be improved with padding inside. The box is heavy carton but was still torn on a few sides when it arrive. No damage to the jack though so that is good.

Look sturdy and will do the job.

This product was not torin brand when it was delivered. It was a knock off that look like a torin.

Easy to use

Arrived very banged up but not a huge deal as it appears fairly robust. Biggest thing that I can't find anywhere listed is that this is only 3 tons with the primary lift. The attachment for SUV/truck limits it to 2.5 tons (5,000 lbs) not a big deal for my 4,400lb Rav4, but most assuredly will be exceeded with full-size SUVs/trucks. No need to exchange for me but will be a definite factor for some poor soul that doesn't catch this detail in my review.
