Whenever I finish a hard workout, I come home and soak an Epsom salt with a little bit of lavender essential oil. The absolute best! I rarely am sore from a heavy workout if I follow this procedure

It helps my leg cramps at night. I was getting more cramps before - even though I've been taking Magnesium and rubbing them in with it as well. But now the cramps are almost gone.

....very expensive imo! $27 for a fairly small bag of Epsom Salts is pricey!😕 Unfortunately, it is getting harder and harder to find USP grade toiletry products including Epsom Salts. The safety standards in Canada have REALLY gone downhill in recent years and if you value better quality products with some safety certification like USP or PSP, you can expect to pay more.😕😕 Would buy again but will continue to look for a suitable alternative but at a better price. Stocking up when on sale helps too. Epsom salts make a wonderful foot soak and that I will not give up!😉
