It's been about a week since I started taking this. So far, I've dropped 4lbs. Cardio and weights 3-5 times a week, not the greatest diet. I'll be back when I finish the 2 month period, as they recommend you to follow in order to see the full results, and write another review. But so far, it's working. More energy, no crash.UPDATEIt's been over 2 months, and this definitely works! Dropped 15lbs!! Definitely more energy! Idk if it works without doing anything, but if you put in the effort, you'll see results.

What a F'ing JOKE!!!!! This stuff is GARBAGE! Might as well put baking soda in capsules and sell it for $64.99! Absolutely robbery charging any kind of money for this stuff that doesn't work at all! I've used several products in the same category over the years. Some better then others. But this Burner Tek is seriously LAUGHABLE. Took two the first day in one shot, NOTHING. Not even a slight bit of boost or energy. Took THREE today and might have felt the slightest bit of something late afternoon, but on second thought, it was probably just the sun outside while working! GARBAGE!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Retuning this right now, thank God for Amazon return policies!!!!

I started to notice a difference in my diet within the first week.

I like that they are all natural but.......They didn't work and for the price definitely not worth it. I'll just stick to thermo next time,that way I can feel it work.
