Nearly as great as the Leap (for me), at about a third less cost
Short Story:I'm pleased to report that the Steelcase Think Chair is, for me anyway, every bit as comfortable and sufficiently adjustable as my Leap. I emphasize the "for me" part though becuase I think my size and body shape may be perfect for this chair, and I suspect the Leap may have more margin or room for accommodating a wider array of body types. For reference I'm 5'10", around 200lbs, and tend to lean forward while working or focusing, and then lean back in very regular intervals to "pontificate", lol.Long Story:Let me start by saying I'm a big fan of Steelcase chairs after many awful decades of using cheap Office Supply Chain chairs and "Gamer" models like those from Secretlab (what a joke). As much or more than with anything else, you truly get what you pay for when you buy cheap office chairs (although expensive ones may not necessarily be great for every individual). So after finally deciding that something I sit in for several hours a day is worth spending a little money on (okay, a lot of money), I looked around my corporate office to see what chairs they used because they all seemed luxurious and bullet proof compared to my home chairs. Which lead to me investing in a Steelcase Leap, the most amazing and best chair out there IMHO.Needing to get another chair for another home office I decided try the Steelcase Think model since it (or a nearly identical version) was used in our conference rooms at work and I never had a complaint about them despite spending more time in meetings then I care to think about (no pun intended), and I could save around $400 doing so versus buying another Leap. This was with some trepidation however since I knew the Leap was a proven, guaranteed option.Well, I'm pleased to report that the Think is, for me, every bit as comfortable and sufficiently adjustable as my Leap. I emphasize the "for me" part though because I it appears my size and body shape may be perfect for this chair, and I suspect the Leap may have more margin or room for error in accommodating a wider array of body types. For reference I'm 5'10", around 200lbs, and tend to lean forward while working or focusing, while leaning back in very regular intervals to "pontificate", lol.

Great chair. I spend 8+ hours a day and I'm comfortable all day long.
This chair is great. I didn't realize how bad my old chair was until I started working from this chair. So comfortable and supportive. Not cheap, but what good product is cheap?

Came assembled and best chair I’ve owned
This is by far the best chair I have owned. My only complaint is it doesn’t go low enough for my wife to sometimes use. I also upgraded the wheels to rollerblade style wheels. The oem are similar to sharper chairs. But it’s super comfortable, I would buy again.

Excellent Home Office Chair
Bought this chair since my old home office chair was not cutting it anymore. Chair is very comfortable and of really good quality. Makes it working in my chair 10+ hour a day much easier!

I Haven't Felt So Disappointed With a Chair Purchase...Ever
This was the first time I've spent north of $700 on an office chair. As someone that works at their desk for 9-12 hours every day, I've gone through several lower quality chairs over the years. I decided to make an investment in my own physical health through this purchase in hopes of an ergonomic and comfortable chair to accommodate my 6'1", 225lb frame. I was excited for the Steelcase Think to come in the mail. When I finally received it, I was surprised that it came in a very large box off the Amazon truck. The box barely fit through my front door. It was very nice that I didn't have to assemble the chair, however. This would later prove to be an inconvenience.I've now sat in this chair while working for half a week. My lower back has experienced a lot of pain whenever I get up from the chair, even with the support correctly adjusted. While the chair provides several adjustments, none of them feel quite right to me. When I pushed the seat out to help my lower back - I found that it applies pressure to my hamstrings in such a way that I begin to feel discomfort and my legs fall asleep. The seat cushion is not soft and hurts after sitting on it for a couple of hours.I always heard that Steelcase made great chairs and was so excited to finally have one. Now I'm not sure if I'll ever justify spending so much money on a chair again. I feel silly knowing that I could sit for longer periods on my generic office store chair that I purchased for $150 over this $700+ chair. I'm also not sure how to go about returning something that came in a box that could hardly fit in a door (or to be expected to keep a box of that size).Overall, I really wish I just took the plunge and invested in a higher tier 'buy it for life' type of chair. I don't know why something of this quality was so expensive, and I'm certainly feeling regret of my purchase.

Very comfortable
This chair is great, fits into my home office very well, not too "over the top" style wise. It seems plenty comfortable to me, I can sit in this chair for hours at a time and not even think about it. I had a steelcase leap at work, that was nice also and seemed very similar. The arms may be lowered to a point that they will slide under the desktop, makes it nice for storage and will also let you sit close to your desk if you would rather rest your arms on the desktop.
