Thank you!--------------I literally just received this vacuum.Was super excited that I even waited for the delivery person outside.I just moved into a new apartment 2 weeks ago and hadn't vacuumed since.I have a hairy dog who sheds tons everyday and I figured my broom won't be much of help so I decided to purchase a vacuum.I used to use Dyson v8 animal (it's in my parents' house now). Since I do not have much money now after long distance moving and wanted to try out other brand than Dyson, I bought this particular vacuum after reviewing reviews and ratings.To cut it short, I am super disappointed by how weak this vacuum sucks. I mean they do their jobs, picking up hairs and dusts etc. but not really well...1. Very weak suction powerI mean, I thought there would be more power option to choose when I chose the max power because it was like the weaker power option of my Dyson v8. With Dyson v8, because of its strong suction power, dust and hairs around the brush would come sucked themselves. However, this vacuum, with its very weak suction power, you need to go through every single pathway possible to pick up everything. Even when hair is right next to the brush or even at the end of the brush, you actually need to move a bit to straight above to have it sucked in to the vacuum.For carpet.. given that I was already disappointed by how it works on hardwood floor, I already expected how it would work. OMG... the vacuum couldn't pick up things :( It was able to pick up some hair or other that were obviously on the surface of carpet, but not in between or deep inside the carpet.I wonder if my vacuum is doing how it was supposed to do.. did I get a poor one?2. Not very lightHmm.. For me it was not really light. I was kind of hoping that it would be really light as it was stated in the description but it is as heavy as dyson v8 for me to hold it with only one hand to clean window blinds.3. Cleaning brushAgain, my dog sheds tons. I have to constantly clean a brush bar to prevent it from being jammed and not working. It's not as easy for those who also have dogs with lots of daily hairs. With only 7 mins vacuuming, our brush was already tangled with hair (but it still works fine) and I just cleaned it with the tool they provided. It's a good tool helping getting rid of tangled hairs but I wish the bar had at least one side open (?) like Dyson so that I can just push everything out through that side (this one has two side blocked by the roller attachments.Pros:Although I am not too happy with the purchase and I am not sure if I received a poor product, I like how it smoothly rolls on both hardwood and carpet surface. Maybe that smoothness also played a bit of role in making me feel much weaker suction of the product. In addition to that or similar to that, the maneuverability of this vacuum is really great. Very easy to go here and there smoothly!Regarding these two aspects, I think this product does well beyond Dyson v8 although the real question is does this vacuum do the jobs they supposed to do (cleaning well!!).

Lightweight cordless vacuum with optimal maneuverability. It has 2 suction speeds. Easy to empty waste canister, very easy to recharge. We use it in office. Have noticed some trouble picking up what people track into our waiting room such as pebbles or rock salt with standard vacuum head-- does come with additional head extensions which we have not tried but would probably solve that issue. Works well on floors. Customer service very responsive for questions.

I waited a year to review as I wanted to see if I continued to love it. I do! It is amazingly light and extremely powerful. I can do 1,500 square feet of living area on one charge, even with a heavy shedding long hair dog. Recharges very quickly.Some things I really love about it:1. It draws from the front as well as the bottom making it the best at cleaning along baseboards.2. You don’t have to hold the power switch down giving your finger a rest. (Took awhile to learn as I was used to a Dyson.)3. It is easy to clean. Even the filters, I just throw them in the wash with my towels.I can’t speak highly enough about this vacuum. It is better in every way than any vac I’ve used.The handhold is a bit small for my comfort but it is so light I don’t need to use my full hand or grip as tightly as I did with my Dyson.

Ok so I purchased this vacuum in January of this year and absolutely loved it. It was my first cordless vacuum and it made clean up seem sooooo much easier. It was very lightweight, battery life was pretty good, and it had good suction. It was also not too loud which was great since I live on a second floor apartment. I have a small apartment but also have 2 kids who make make lots of messes so I used this very often. I emptied it out after every use and also cleaned my hair off the roller at least once a week so it wouldn’t get jammed. (I have long black hair that gets everyyyywhereeeee). I LOVED this vacuum and even talked my friend into buying one.Fast forward 9 months later and I am soooo bummed! After a full charge, I would start vacuuming and after 2 minutes it would already be at 60%. That happened every time I’d charge it. The full battery life dropped to about 10 minutes from the couple of hours it used to last. And for the past 3 days, I turn it on and it lasts for about 10 seconds before turning off, then I turn it back on and it lasts 10 seconds etc etc. Soooooooo disappointed that the battery had to die after less than one year. I had so much hope in this thing!!! Still give it 3 stars because of the ease of use and and it did the job while it was still alive.

First of all, this is an amazing vacuum. I use it every day to pick up dog hair and keep my hardwood floors clean. I had some issues with the brush after a year and reached out to customer service for some questions, and they were beyond amazing! Amber especially was the best customer service person i have dealt with in 2023.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
