I bought this TV to watch DVDs with my 3 yr old granddaughter. We were streaming on my tablet, but it was not comfortable. With this TV we can snuggle on the couch & enjoy Dora & Molly 😉The picture quality & color is good for our purposes. The DVD plays smoothly. The sound is from the back of the TV, so I plugged a small speaker into the headphone jack, which solved the problem.This TV comes with the best User Manual I have ever seen. It describes every button on the 50 button remote 👏👏👏. It also shows an image & description of every setup screen. Excellent Manual.CON: The tv stand is horrible. It’s super hard to screw in the 6 tiny phillips head screws. 1. Because the angle is so awkward no matter how you place the tv & stand piece. 2. The included tiny screws are so soft it’s nearly impossible not to strip the head. We ended up with a tv on a stand that tilts forward a bit. imo, they need to completely redesign the stand. In hindsight, I should have used gel gorilla glue instead of the screws.All in all, this is a great little 24” TV with lots of features, an excellent manual, good picture & built in DVD player for a great price. As long as you have a small speaker with a headphone jack, you will be all set.

Easy to set up in my RV. Excellent picture but best paired with a sound bar if used for watching movies. The sound is acceptable but not movie quality in my opinion. Great little TV with an easy to use DVD player. No issues at all.

I like the picture quality and convenient built-in DVD player. The setup was easy and it works well. The sound quality is poor, but I actually expected that from the reviews I read in advance. And for the price, I wouldn't really complain about it anyway. I will be augmenting the TV with a separate set of speakers.

I bought this TV/DVD player combo early in 2020. I don’t have cable or stream so I just watch DVDs. I use this almost every day and it is still working wonderfully! Thinking of getting another one to keep in reserve in case they stop making these and mine goes. Well worth the price. Surprisingly well made.

This is an AC/DC TV but it only comes with the AC power cord and that cord is only 3 ft long. Unless you wall mounted directly above a power outlet the cord is so short that you will have to run an extension cord up your wall to plug in the TV. A company that cuts corners to the extent that it doesn't supply a 12 volt power cord, and only gives you a 3 ft AC power cord isn't a company that I would recommend or will ever purchase from again. The problem is with these types of companies they maximize profits for short-term gain, then simply change their name when sales drop because consumers catch on to them. I suspect this Pyle tv will be nothing more than a pile of junk.

My TV in the bedroom went up and I decided I wanted a TV with built in DVD so I can watch my favorite DVD shows without the hassle of having to hook a DVD player. Overall I really like the convenience of a built in DVD player.pros: Very good picture/ easy to switch to DVD (you just use the remote to toggle to DVD)/ has a sleep timer/ good price/ does hook up to the my Fire Stick but the Fire stick remote will not work for volume (you have to use the TV remote)cons: poor sound quality (You will need to use with a receiver to get decent sound)/ The manual on/off button is on the back of the TV (why??? It should be on the top or side. We put a felt pad on it, so we can feel for it.)/ There is a very BRIGHT green on and red off button on the front so if the TV is in your bedroom, it will illuminate it (We put tint lens over it). I get the green on button but you don't need a off button that never turns off.

Purchased and returned 3 other units similar to the Pyle. No offense to China, they were cheaper and so was their DVD players. All the same player, and all were crap, fussy and all froze up eventually. Spent more for the Pyle and was worth every cent. On unit controls, great picture, smart remote, quality DVD player. Very satisfied with this unit.

Performance exactly as described in the Amazon product description. Entirely satisfactory, except for two issues:(1) The VESA mounting insert nuts are NOT VESA standard. Presumably, for the US market, instead or the standard M4 threads, the inserts are UNF 10-32. Most frustrating if one lacks a stock of the necessary machine screws and/or hardware store access is inconvenient.(2) As indicated by another customer, despite the audio power rating of 8 watts per channel, sound output is weak in both dynamic range and volume. Observed sound may well be limited by loudspeaker design in a very confined volume. Now, to convince my wife (the primary complainant), that additional loudspeakers are indeed desirable.That said, for the money, an entirely satisfactory purchase.
