chair has arrived quickly to my home in 2 days, easy to assemble took me 30-45 min, after assembling it I noticed that the chair back support was bent in one direction, contacted the seller and asked for replacement, they were helpful in replacing the item, I gave it back the damaged chair and they gave me a new chair fully assembled by them, I was happy with it, but then I noticed that the chair was missing the screw hole covres, conntacted them again and they delivered it to me as well, the seller was being honeset with their mistake and solving it efficiently.Pros:-Great quality for the price-Back support height can be adjusted-Comfortable chair foam and pillow supports (The foam is a bit on hard side some might not like it)-The vibration is nice while watching movies or gaming-chair recline has good anglesCons:-The chair seat size is a little small for me (might be good for other)Overall the chair is superb for its price.update:The chair is unusable broken in less than one month
