Well update customer service is good. I up one star from 2- 3. I will use it more and see if it’s practical.Well overall this product is HEAVY, with all the socket tools and the multi tool knife I wouldn’t carry on a belt. What made me give it a below 3 star was the whistle does not work as you can see in the picture the right side of the exit hole is missing a piece that does not work. Another item that I did not like is that the fire starter did not work that well. When I contacted the vendor about there was a coating on the magnesium rod and there should be instructions to “Prime/remove the coating.” They responded to me that seems like I do not know how to use the fire starter gave me directions on how to use it after I just told them I had to remove the black coating to get the fire starter to work. They did offer to replace it with a discount. Well MEH...

Bought this for an everyday, on the go tool for my husband and me who ride our bikes everywhere, due to lack of vehichle. You would not believe the things that go wrong with our electric bikes when we are on the road. Everything is perfect except for putting it back in it's holster. It is extremely difficult to do. Please make this easier (or the holster larger?). Other than that it is a perfect tool for even an emergency.
