ASICS Women's Gel-Frantic 6 Running Shoe

I have had a pair of the Gel-Frantic 6 (in white/purple) for about 6 weeks now and I absolutely love them. I tried for about 4 months to find the right pair, and returned about 7 differnt brands and styles - finally finding one that will be comfortable no matter what activity I'm doing!They were tight when I started wearing them, both in the toes and heels, but after a day of wearing them all day at work, they are perfectly formed to my foot.I wear them for everything, walking around work, walking for exercise, Zumba, and running. I'm starting to exercise more, so I decided that I love the shoe so much, I purchased a second pair as my work shoes (black/silver/pink). I've had them for 3 days now and they fit like a glove!!They have good arch support, not bulky for running & Zumba, great support in the heel for walking, and they look great!I haven't had any pain in my heels since I started wearing these. When my feet are sore from wearing flats or sandals, I immediately put these on and they help shape my feet again. Your feet will probably be sore for the first day of wearing them, until they get a little wore in, but its worth it!!They are very true to size, I wear an 8.5-9.5 and I ordered both in 9. They fit without crunching my toes.Thank you Asics for always having great shoes and Amazon for being a great place to shop!!!

These shoes are BY FAR the best shoes I've ever purchased! I am middle-aged and overweight and decided it was time to get myself in shape! I got a pair of these for Christmas and the middle of January, I began working out on my treadmill! This is the first pair of shoes that have NEVER given me blisters during the first month or so of walking on it!They are SO comfortable, and I can't believe how breathable they are! The pair I received for Christmas was my first pair of Asics ever, and I loved that particular pair SO much that I didn't even look at any other styles; I just bought this pair off Amazon because they were exactly like my previous pair! I wanted to make sure that I had another pair just like them ready to go when I wore the first ones out!I walk 3 miles per day on my treadmill now and my feet feel absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this style, personally! And, my husband who works at an auto assembly plant and is on his feet ALL DAY would highly recommend any style of Asics!

I ordered these shoes online, without goin to the store to try them on, dummy me yes I know. It only took them about four days to get here so I was very pleased with the delivery service. I am an overweight individual with some knee and back issues ofcourse and I wanted to switch to asics because Im an avid viewer of the biggest loser and its what they wear so I figured well there had to be a reason they chose that brand. That and other reviews said they were great, and hey who doesnt love purple?Well I ordered a size ten, im usually a 9.5, and I dont have abnormally wide feet so I got the regular width.Warning: first of all it is a very tight size 10, and the shoe is narrow! for which my feet are not! And i also felt the shoe was a little short. So dont worry im not saying to be done with asics but this model just isnt for me! Hope this is helpful! Happy shopping everyone!

I normally wear a size 7½ in sandles, etc. But in tennis/running shoes I like to wear an 8. So I ordered a size 8 of these, but I almost wish I had ordered an 8½. I really wanted to share that info with anyone considering getting these. The width is fine. Also, I must have high archs, because I could use a little bit more arch support with these on. But overall I highly recommend them. Very comfortable and light weight.

It's my first real running shoe so I wasn't really sure what I am getting. My feet feels cradled and supported but it is a little bit heavier than I expected.

This is the third pair of Gel Frantics I have purchased. I love the design of this shoe. I run 20 miles a week on the street. I depend on having a shoe with enough support however i don't like a big clunky shoe. This shoe is allows me to feel the road while being supported. I have trouble finding this shoe in the store anymore so I was very excited to be able to find it on Amazon!

I have gave these shoes time to break in 3 months of 44 hours a week of working on my feet in a hospital, they don't hurt my feet anymore but I am running low on socks. They are putting wholes in my socks by my big toe rubbing on the side of the shoe. I am replacing them today and buying new socks as well :(
