In the box is 2 jars with screw on lids, the white liquid has an extra plastic seal to take off and both are easy to open. The transparent blue tinted liquid is the healing gel for After the scab has come away, to aid healing with vitamins aloe vera and albumin.It is a Simple task, but best read the instructions included in box as best results are when followed! Included is a wrapped packet of little sticks (like cocktail sticks or the old cheese n pineapple if anyone here is old enough to remember those party snacks!) - you clean and dry your tag or mole, insert the stick to the Center of it by gently twisting it round and round - until you feel a little sting so you know you have pierced a tiny hole in it.Then you get a LITTLE DROP OF WHITE LIQUID and put it ONLY on the pierced tag/mole.I did 2 minutes on little tag and 3 minutes on little mole, the stinging sensation is brief and comes and goes in that time - its completely tolerable and didn't bother me at all. Then wash the tag/mole with plenty of warm water (cold will be fine but I thought the warm would be best as it allows better clearance of lotion).After that I allowed it to dry & scab and a red circular mark left. I then applied spot plaster as often react to others (spot plasters are little circles of hydrocolloid that aid healing and reduce damage from sun or clothes to fragile new skin).Now I daily apply healing gel & the little red mark left is much better than the mole on arm (1st picture) or tag on center neck (2nd picture) there previously.Note - I scar very easily & aware it will take months to fade and may leave a little mark - but I'm happy with that result. Would like it if they did a Facial version that is a dilute version to ensure gradual and gentle reduction, as feel not keen to do moles on face! Best for tags but small moles worked fine too, not sure would work on a big one- unless insert stick a lot deeper maybe?Overall - good, just don't put Loads on as it will damage the surrounding skin and cause a bigger wound- its a little drop ONLY on the tag/mole. :)

Ok, I was super sceptical on this or any others like this on the marketI have had a skin tag/mole on my face for as long as I can remember at least 20 plus years, recently I decided I would prefer it gone. Scouted Amazon and found this product, came the day after ordering and I used it the same nightStep by step clear instructions, everything included.Step 1 - clean and prep the area, done easily with an alcohol wipeStep 2 - using a toothpick pierce the area and have the removal cream ready, I packed the removal cream onto the skin being careful not to get any on the skin surrounding itStep 3 wait 2/3 minutes, due to the size of mine I left this on for 5 minutes, it wasn’t painful it just tingled, immediately the skin tag/mole went blackStep 3 wiped off the cream, there was some swelling and redness in the areaStep 4 by the next morning her scab had already appeared, now to wait until it fell offI couldn’t believe at this stage that it had worked, immediately after doing the process the scab was flat.The scab fell off after 5/6 days, I’ve been using the repair lotion daily and the small hole is disappearing!I haven’t really used the skin plaster as it fell off after an hourOverall I’m so happy with this product, I will be using as and when but I would happily give this product a 5* review!

Product applied using the supplied toothpicks - was quite difficult as my skin tag was on my inner arm. I'd recommend assistance if you can get it. Not an easy task if you have a flapping loose skin tag, so I masked the skin around it with a bit of paper as best I could to avoid getting on the normal skin.There was a slight warming sensation after a minute or so but nothing painful.After a few days all that had happened was it had turned red and a slight scab seemed to have formed on one side. The redness around the area increased slightly as the days went on, and I basically forgot about it as nothing seemed to be happening. However I think maybe 1-15 days later it had turned black and shrivelled, and fell off a few days after. It left a slight raised lump that I was happy enough with, but now even that has gone and there is virtually no sign of it.

i was very surprised at the results, i really didn't think it would work so well,I had a large mole under my left eye for nearly four years and thought id give this product a try,in the instructions it advises to use a small amount, i used such a small amount after applying it i was convinced i hadn't put enough on but i left it at that, my thinking was if it doesn't work ill do it again using more next time, the next morning it had changed to black, and the that evening while taking a bath it fell off, I'm left with a very faint and small skin colored scar . you have to look relay close to see it.

I was quoted £275 to have 2 small moles removed from my face, one beside my lip and one beside my eye. Due to the cost I thought I would give this a try initially.I used the ointment as instructed, it is very potent and a little goes a long way, please don’t be tempted to use a lot. I think other reviewers that have said they have burns etc have used far too much and have left it on the skin for too long, if instructions are followed you should have no issues. My moles have both been removed and I am left with small scars that resemble chicken pox scars which I am happy with, would prefer a small round scar/indent over a mole.

Absolutely brilliant product. I was very skeptical at first but decided to give it a go as the other tag removal products were either too painful or could not remove the smaller tags. The item arrived the next day which is always a good start, read the instructions and applied the cream to 1 tag using the toothpicks provided. It did sting slightly but only for a few minutes, tag dried up within 2 days and fell off in under 6 days. Have not needed to use the repair lotion so far. Highly recommended !!!
