AUZOUD Preserved Lemons, Moroccan, 400 g

These are most satisfactory and, unlike some preserved lemons available, they are made of the small Meyer lemons that seem to enhance the flavor. I use preserved lemons not only in Moroccan cooking but also in soups and stews for brightening the flavor.

I haven't tasted them yet but the listing says 12 oz and the jar is only 7.4 oz. That's a lot of money for three little lemons no matter how good they taste.

It is what it is---preserved lemons, but I've used another brand which seems to have a more lemony fragrance.

Tasted good and liked the smaller size. Well packed for shipment.

Auzoud Preserved Lemons arrived with the vacuum in the jar broken, most of the liquid preserve around the lemons and in the jar gone.Needless to say, it doesn't appear safe to use.

Bought two jars, both came spoiled with mold inside both jars.

It's lemon zest on steroids,,, wonderful!
