These could have been so perfect, but unfortunately the main feature was poorly sewn. You can see in the picture how the heart cutout is totally lopsided, which kind of defeats the purpose of getting these over another lacy boy short. I’m only giving 2 stars instead of one because otherwise they do fit and the fabric is nice, but I’m so bummed (pun intended) because I’m not sure I will dare use them. My hubby will probably point out that they are wonky looking, which takes away from the whole sexy idea! Seriously, they should not have sold something with such shoddy work.

I went a size up, since women's underwear always runs small and I'm glad I did. Super cute design, surprisingly well made. Heart doesn't look exactly like a heart but close enough. There is as strap that runs through the heart vertically, if that matters to you.

I purchased this for a bachelorette party and decided to size up according to the size chart and I am glad I did! Make sure you check the size chart! The fabric smelled when I pulled it out of the plastic; it is probably the dye they used. But the reason why it is getting 3 stars is due to the super small heart in the back. I expected the heart to be a decent size for the cheeks to be either flattered or accented. But the heart is super small. I ordered an XL and the heart looks like it is still the same size for a small and they simply added fabric. It’s not even that wide with fabric, so I doubt it will cover as much as the picture makes it seem to cover.

These panties are a cute idea, but not so cute on me... I have a rather small bum, so my bum fit entirely through the holes, which created a decidedly unsexy pinching/squeezing effect rather than a peek-a-boo heart over my derriere.

I was in between medium and small, but I went with small after reading a few reviews with women similar to my size. I should have gotten a medium. They are cute, stretchy, and (mine at least) looks exactly like the picture, but it does not give my butt the heart shape in the cut out. It looks like 2 weird semi circles. They're also low risers which sucks. The string in the middle of the heart that goes between the cheeks are a bit too tight so it feels like a thin, stiff pole in your crack. Hope that was just because I got a small.

Really cute! Probably not going to look like an actual heart unless your butt is perfectly shaped but sexy none the less. Comfortable and fit me as expected.

These are incredibly cute and seem to be very well made (especially when compared to the other panties I ordered at the same time!). They fit a tad small but given the style and cloth I expected that and adjusted the size accordingly. They made it through the wash just fine and I'm looking forward to being able to wear them regularly.
