This product really works! I've been drinking it mixed in 8oz of water in the morning for seven consecutive days. Followed by 20-30min of physical exercise. I have ordered this two times. It really works and it taste good. It takes my appetite. I sometimes mix it with my protein shake and it still works.

The flavor is very good. I was expecting to be less hungry all the time but so far that hasn't happened. I do think I'm a little more energetic and not as tired all the time. Could be this or trying to eat better or both. Will keeping using for another month and see what happens.

The taste on this is bearable. Not great but not nasty either. And does help w hunger and cravings for about 2 hours but considering how much Garcia Cambodia is “supposed” to be in this I really expected more. I have maybe lost 1 lb w these. I had some other supplements that had less and worked way better than these for appetite/fat burning so guess I will be going back to those.

I like this flavor, but it has fake sugar in it, which gives me headaches and makes me gassy. Other than that, I would continue to buy if it were more natural like the cranberry one.

Maravilloso para suprimir el apetito. Antes use unas tabletas que fueron un fracaso. Este producto me ha ayudado a bajar de peso poco a poco. Cuando comence a tomarlo pesaba 206 libras y en solo 24 dias (1 sobre diario) waooo peso 198 libras. Voy a comprar mas pues necesito bajar al menos 30 libras y la caja trae para 1 mes. Pero si deseas puedes tomarlo 2 o 3 veces al dia. Lo recomiendo 100%
