I like that this bulb was easy to install on my 2016 Jeep and draws a very small amount of current. This light is bright and disburses light in all directions evenly.

I got these to replace the regular front parking light bulbs in my 2011 Buick Enclave, because it is a much bigger deal to get to these bulbs on that car than it should be. You have to go through the wheel well!So I figured if I had to go through all that, I'd like to hopefully only do it once. These worked great, plugged right in, and they look good. Price was good, and Amazon had these when my local auto parts stores did not.

When I replace incandescent auto bulbs with LED, I try to get LED that are pretty close in brightness to the original. Unfortunately, brightness is a spec often either exaggerated or not reported at all. On my 2003 VW Jetta Wagon, I probably bought 3-4 times as many bulbs that I needed to replace all my exterior lights because I had to test the bulbs with trial and error.Factory spec for my front side marker lights is 2821. This bulb is very similar in brightness and worked perfectly.Until it didn't. After about a year of service, one on my bulbs started flickering badly. That's short life even for an incandescent bulb. But Sylvania generally has quality product, so I'm ordering a couple more in hopes that maybe I just got a defective one. I certainly don't want to have to go through the trial and error it would take to find another good replacement.

I'm a big fan of LEDs. Like the durability, the quality of the light and longevity. One word of caution: Most exterior LED automotive replacement bulbs are marked for off-road use only. Starting to hear stories, possibly apocryphal, that LED replacement bulbs in uncertified fixtures could result in tickets and insurance claim refusals. Just be aware.

I DO not recommend

Good side marker lights. The hardest part about replacing the lamps is removing the turn signal assemble from the side of the car. Nice and bright.

If your headlights have halogen side markers, don't go with this particular bulb. Your headlight housing rely on the reflector to help cast out light all around. Because this bulb only shoots light forward and not rearward, this leaves a much less desired effect that looks quite dim with little orange dots in your headlights. I will say the fit & finish of these bulbs are nice quality. Switched back to halogen side markers and haven't looked back.

It arrived quickly, for a good price and it works. Not much else to ask for.
