False advertising
They are advertising it as soft cushion with gel based padding but it's very hard not at all comfortable. I wanted to return this but i am not able to do so only replacement available, I would not suggest this product

This seat is not good for adults butts but for thin or skinny or teenage riders. They hurt the butts a lot if you are heavy. So buy them accordingly to your size.
