Needed
I desperately needed the book and was lucky enough to find it for so cheap, the book itself came undamaged with all the required content I needed.

Not my idea of easy reading. It didn’t remain on my bookshelf because ...
I bought Elements of Literature for a class I was taking. This is a monster of a book, 1600 pages with small print. Not my idea of easy reading. It didn’t remain on my bookshelf because I’ve only got so much space. It was too pedantic for me. And if I can sell a textbook, I usually sell it.I keep less pedantic cinema, pop culture books that entertain me, like Firefly Still Flying, Comic-Con Episode IV: A Fan’s Hope, Where God Put the West, Cinema Southwest, The History of Dinosaurs in Cinema, Sci-Fi Art Now, and Sci-Fi Movie Freak. They all have a lot of pictures. I also read books with fewer pictures like Steven King’s On Writing, and William Goldman’s Adventures in the Screen Trade and Which Lie Did I Tell.About half of what I read is everything from nonfiction, like the above, to westerns. The other half is sci-fi and fantasy.Sci-fi and fantasy authors I like include Douglas Adams, Taylor Anderson, Isaac Asimov, Paolo Bacigalupi, Jack Campbell, Orson Scott Card, Arthur C. Clarke, Earnest Cline, Suzanne Collins, Abe Evergreen, Terry Goodkind, Joe Haldeman, Robert A. Heinlein, Frank Herbert, Hugh Howey, Robert Jordan, George Martin, Larry Niven, Andre Norton, Patrick Rothfuss, Brandon Sanderson, John Scalzi, John Steakley, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Andy Weir.
