Great pack! It is on the slim side, so you really can only fit the essentials or else it feels bulky and tight. It is compatible with a bladder for extra water, but that will take up some space. This pack is super comfortable even during jumps. It won’t lift and hit you in the back!

Went rides with 2L hydration pack, few small emergency tools and small first aid kit as standard with room to fit bottle of energy drinks and small sandwich, this bag is perfect fit for medium distance riding. It sits relatively long on your back and slim so there is no movement when riding. With the VPD Air padding object with any shape does not dig into your back, and the extra protection in case of series fall over is a plus.
