Artisan Salt Company Fleur de Sel French Flower of Salt, Shaker Jar, 5.5 Ounce

The shaker top is really poor. The Salt does not pass easily through the openings of the shaker top and I noticed if it’s a little bit humid that the salt tend to swell so I had to pop the cap to access the salt. Other than that it’s a great product.

When the shut downs for COVID-19 began, I made a little promise to myself to take some of the money I would normally spend on going out and put it towards experimenting with new foods I’ve never tried. Things I felt good about putting into my body. I’ve had more time to cook and expand my horizons in the kitchen. This is a wonderful finishing salt and I use it daily. I add it after I’ve turned the heat off of whatever I’m cooking and it really does have a great, yet subtle crunch and wonderful flavor. Doesn’t leave me feeling puffy or bloated the next day either. Good stuff!

Never knew what this salt was called until a receipt called for it. Like the convenience of the shaker top and the matching size of bottle with my other spices. Adds great flavor and crunchy texture to fresh tomato mozzarella salads, meats, vegetables,etc. it is a finishing salt, not a mixing in one as a replacement for regulate salt. Great item to have in your pantry.

I wish I had discovered this product sooner. The lighter flakes of salt work well with recipes and cooking. The taste is very nice! I won’t ever go back to store bought salt grains again!

Best tasting salt imaginable and greatly prized for finishing. Traditionally, fleur de sel is not used for cooking, as its delicacy is lost to heat. The shaker is charming and worth a bit more. I paid a bit under $8 for mine, was unpleasantly surprised by the substantial recent price increase. One can, of course, buy it in bulk instead, and dispense with the shaker, but...

This one bottle has lasted me a year! Very nice packaging and wonderful quality & taste. Recently ordered my second bottle. Nice fine texture and tastes really good without being overly salty tasting. This is my favorite pink Himalayan salt.

Nice shaker and good salt, but to expensive.

My absolute favorite salt! I buy 3 at a time and use it in everything. I love that it is flaky and crumbles when you pinch it!
