Panasonic KX-TGA939T 3 Pack Cordless Handset Kit

Ok, call me old fashioned but my wife and I still like a telephone when we are home. Yes we use the cell phone all the time but there is something more comfortable about a phone and how you can cradle it against your neck to speak without holding it. These are really clear sounding phones that last a long, long, time. These are almost 3 years old and none have needed new batteries or replacement. They plug into an outlet and do not need phone cords everywhere. Has nice features well positioned- caller id, redial, memory, flash, hold, etc...

I was told that these would work with what I already had, but it was only partially correct. The cordless handsets work with the base, but they didn't work with the cordless handsets that I already had. I had to replace all the cordless handsets with new cordless handsets. Plus, the new cordless handsets don't recognize when I have deleted a voicemail. It continues to tell me I have a voicemail in the readout of the handset. So... this product is acceptable, but we're not happy about the situation. If we had needed to buy a whole new system, base & handsets, we probably would have rated this product higher.

Bought these, plus the base and other handsets (total of 6 handsets). We've been using them for about 8 months. We have a pretty large, two story house. The base is about in the middle of the bottom floor, with the other handsets scattered on the first and second floor. So far they work great. No trouble with signal no matter which part of the house we're in. Voice is clear. I really like the fact that the answering machine can broadcast to all handsets, so I can hear what the message is no matter where I'm at.

I purchased a set of three cordless handsets to be added to a cordless system a blind friend of mine uses. He'd frequently miss calls since it often took more than 4 rings for him to navigate across his house to the phone. Now he has a handset in each of 4 (counting the handset on the "base station") handsets so there's always one in easy reach.Setup was a breeze, call quality is excellent. Highly recommended!

The installation of the system could not have been easier. The range works in most of our one level 3000 square foot house with one room getting poor reception.Personally, i prefer a heavier phone and the small one is easier to fumble and drop, particularly with a phone call in the middle of the night.Like all new products there are new and improved features and then ones one might have liked were deleted.

These phones are doing what we need them to do perfectly. Like every change it takes a little while to learn the new system.

İ HAVE PANASONIC TG9385.. I BOUGHT 6 ADDITIONAL HANDSET UNIT AND COMBINED THEM... NOW THEY WORK PRETTY GOOD.. WITHOUT WIRING, I HAVE ONE HANDSET UNIT IN EACH ROOM AND SOUND QUALITY IS BETTER THAN THE WIRED SYSTEM... THANKS PANASONIC
