Surprising Durability for many tasks
The first glove I put on had a flaw in one finger and the tip ripped off with a gentle pull. My first thought was that these were no good. But I found all the others that I have used very durable. I have used a single pair for a week to do many tasks that included weeding, cutting firewood, painting, driving a tractor, mechanical work, and carpentry -- and they are still in good shape with no tears or holes. The long wrist length is very good for protecting the lower arm and the gloves provide pretty good dexterity. My hand width is 4.5 in so I bought the large size. When I first put them on they were a little tight but I found they retain a stretch so that they are comfortably looser when putting them on a second or more times.Of course, as with all rubber gloves, your hands will be wet with sweat when you take them off. But that is better than the harsh drying you get from split leather gloves. For really heavy work I put lather gloves on over these.

Tough, durable, yet thin and flexible
At the price of disposable gloves, these gloves are amazingly long lasting - more durable than the "living gloves" you find at the grocery stores. They're actually called disposable gloves, although I've been using the same pair every day since these arrived more than 2 weeks ago - for everything from painting the front gate to scouring baked grease off the stove with steel wool - and they haven't leaked yet. The store-bought gloves would have been torn by now or punctured by my long fingernails . These gloves are long enough that you can wash dishes with them, proivided you don't lift your hands upward and let the water flow over your arm and then back down into the glove - in other words, they're not quite long enough to form a cuff to catch drips. Yet they're thin enough to feel what you're handling. I ordered a size large even though I would ordinarly wear a medium, and I'm glad I did, because it makes them easy to put on and take off.

Excellent Quality Gloves, Poor Quality Amazon Shipping
Right off the bat, I discovered the box was opened, but it was probably just smashed due to Amazon shipping a cardboard box of gloves in a padded envelope. Amazon, please get your packaging right. Ship disposable gloves in a box so customers like me can receive a health-related product that does not have the appearance of being opened/smashed.The box the gloves came in matched the product pictured on the Amazon product page. The enclosed gloves matched the product description perfectly. Large size, Latex, Long Cuff, Thick (11 mils I think, and they sure fell like 11 mil gloves), 50 gloves to a box (25 pairs), Textured Fingertips.I bought these for COVID-19 protection, but they are clearly made for much more than that. These gloves are suitable for hard work. The box says they are made in Malaysia. I inspected every glove (overkill, perhaps) and every glove in the box is top quality. Finally found what I was looking for.

good close-fitting rubber gloves for grimy work
They're tough, they have textured gripping surfaces on the fingers, they are somewhat affordable, and they have good QC - I don't see too many defective gloves.I use them in my machine shop, primarily to keep smelly cutting fluids out of my skin, as well as glues and any other messy goops. They are comfortable and if sized right so there are no wrinkles, they are probably safer in terms of snag potential, than leather gloves, although obviously they do not offer the same abrasion protection as leather. It was a race car mechanic who turned me on to these.

Great Mechanics Gloves
I use these regularly for automotive work. SafeGrip gloves are tough and do not puncture or tear easily. Their thickness prevents most of the minor cuts and burns you normally get turning wrenches, and when you get the correct size, you're still able to feel and manipulate small fasteners... I wear a medium golf glove but use Large SafeGrip's. These gloves also protect you from accidental glances against hot engine parts or fluids. DO NOT use these as a replacement for heat resistant gloves. If I'm working on something involved and need to go in the house, I'll use a Grime Boss hand wipe to clean the gloves and leave them on instead of having to waste another pair. These gloves last, and they cost too much to toss every time you take them off. The only drawback is my hands sweat but, that's characteristic of any "rubber" glove I wear.

Not as durable as KC Safeskin, Put these gloves on carefully or else they tear
Looked for the Kimberly-Clark Safeskin gloves, but apparenly these have taken over the product line. Not as flexible/durable as KC Safeskins. They will tear easily unless you slowly put them on. Good protection so far. Gloves cover your wrist. Hope that improvements will be made to this product, then I will buy again.
