Original Logitech Side Buttons G4 G5 G6 G7 Cap Key for Logitech G900 and G903 Gaming Mouse

So, obviously I have a Spectrum that we got last year right as the first ones were just coming out and, also obviously, a couple of the buttons fell off two months after I bought it and, when they did, I noticed that the problem was that there just wasn't a lot that held them in- just a little plastic that barely held them there and that was it. Nothing else held them into place.Since I wasn't playing anything that absolutely REQUIRED the buttons and since otherwise, the Spectrum was a GREAT little mouse that did precisely what I needed it to do- it wasn't exactly a deal breaker. I still waited on getting replacements though because frankly, the originals fell off so damned quickly with almost nothing to hold them into place and again, didn't really absolutely HAVE to have it at the time. So, yeah, I put it off.A few weeks ago however, some buddies got me playing Fortnite and I suddenly realized that it was time to break down and get the replacements (these buttons). So, they come in, I pull out the little plastic case for the Spectrum where I had been faithfully storing the parts I wasn't using and proceeded to pull of the blank cover on the mouse.Imagine my surprise when the MOMENT my fingers brought the button towards it's rightful location- it does a little magnetic jump into place!Yeah, I checked the remaining buttons I had put away against the ones that I had just ordered and, yep, sure enough, the ones that came with the mouse did indeed seem to be missing the little magnetic attachment that these possess- or if it IS there, the little magnet is so seriously weak that it just wasn't doing it's job.Now, I do not know WHY these are more secure then the ones that I had because, by this point there are several reasons why that could be:1) JUST my original buttons passed QC without anyone noticing that the magnetic attachment was missing. (Anyone can have a bad day, it happens).2) The original magnets that came with the first production model were just too weak to do their job and Logitech started making them with stronger magnets in later production runs. (Sometimes you just can't tell that some minor detail or another needs to be tweaked until after it gets into the hands of the public at large).Or3) The manufacturer of the after-market replacements used better magnets then were in the originals. (Also highly possible since the factory that makes the replacements is seldom the one that made the very first original parts to an item.)Whatever the reason, however, these things are a definite improvement.I AM also getting another set for just in case- not because I'm expecting them to fall off anytime soon- but simply because my experience with the originals HAS made me a little paranoid and at $15? Yeah, I'd rather have the peace of mind.I WILL TRY to update this review the second something happens. Hopefully, I'll remember to come back to this even if they continue to stay on, but, if my failing memory fails me yet again, assume that they are still living a long and productive life nestled in my mouse because, I'll admit, I probably won't think of this review until and unless they first set does indeed fall off at some point. :D

I ordered these from my G903 that my kid lost the buttons on. They fit just as well as the ones that came with it and do not fall off. Came in Logitech branded package too!

I lost one of the buttons in a move somehow. Saw that these were legitimate Logitech buttons for the G900. I was skeptical but I figured the price was okay and I loved my mouse so I did not want some knock off parts. Well I am happy to report.....They are legit and the fit is perfect!!! 10/10 would buy from this seller again!
