Item works great but have stool softners ready!
So this product does what it says it will by helping you "shred" your mid section. I did it in the morning and before bed with a sauna vest for workouts. This product shreds your mid section and your love handles (oblique area) by removing excess water from these areas and leabing your skin feeling firmer from the removal. Now with that, it also seems to pull water from your stomach area making your body loose the fluids that help keep things soft when going #2. Do not make the same mistake i did and get a week in and realize it was too late to account for this. Thank me later sonyou dont have to give birth to a monolith later. Results are temporary fyi perfect before a show or beach season to keep that water weight off for beach season try to start 2 weeks in advance to reap the benefit!

It really works
The first time I ordered this product I was a little bit skeptical because you know everyone promises results, but they take time or hard to see, however this product really changed my mind. If you do workout and use it the right way you will start to note the difference and see the results as soon as 2 weeks..., keep in mind that when you are using this products you will not see any changes or notice the difference right way, but I do think that to see results in 2 weeks is amazing. Now lets be real you will feel the gel is working from the very first time you use it because you will feel in the application zone a little burn and this sensations will keep every time you use it. It is a very good product I totally recommend it.
