Peace of mind
On two separate occasions, I came extremely close to losing my expensive cellphone over a cheap cellphone holder. This CIRO holder is built to last! Way better quality than the $20 holders. Grips my phone firmly. It's definitely not going anywhere now. Should've bought this holder first!

It's nice and right in front of you but needs to be secured better
I bought this powered so that I can just connect my phone and go. However I have a 2019 CVO SG and the USB power is about 5" from my phone so that Powered Cradle wasn't necessary. It gets any power and connectivity perfectly 5 inches away so don't get the powered version! This is wicked easy to install with just loosening one screw in the center of your windshield, slipping the tongue in between the windshield and batwing. When you tighten up the screw for the mount, it rises the arm up off the batwing a bit so it bounces the cradle. I do have the supplied foam piece in between the mounting arm and the batwing. The other thing I'll mention is the ball and socket that holds the phone on the arm doesn't stay tight. I think I need to take some sandpaper and rough it up some so it has something to grip to when you tighten the screw. All these are very minor issues that need tweeking but I like it and it's very easy to slip the phone in and out. It's held very securely with the rubber grips on either side of the phone. I can actually slip the phone up inside the cradle and take a pic of the scenery up front of the bike so that's pretty cool. I would recommend purchasing this without hesitation.

Very well made and actually holds your phone
This phone holder is excellent and really holds your phone well. It will not fall out and the mount does not slide in the ball mount. It is moderately difficult to install with the power wire.Be very careful mounting into the fairing if an Electra/Street Glide. The mount will scratch the lexan windshield. I do have it installed with windshield bags and while it's a tight fit, they work without needed a longer bolt in the center.Ciro's instructions completely suck. They're non-existent. You're much better off finding something on You Tube for your specific application. Installation is not overly difficult, but you do need to be somewhat mechanically inclined to install the charger version, especially on a Harley touring bike. The best installation method requires removing the fuel tank which is fairly straight forward, but novices might be hesitant (two electrical connectors. one fuel line, two vacuum lines, and four bolts on an Electra Glide). There's a nice loom under the tank to run the cable through which makes for a really nice and professional installation. Honestly the fairing is more challenging than the tank, but obviously scratching the paint on a Harley is the biggest fear.Once the adapter arrives (from 3rd party), I'm going to re-wire under the sink into the accessory switch on the Electra Glide rather than direct to the battery. This is a professional product.

Great product
Holds an IPHONE 11 securely. Easy to install but a little time consuming on a 2015 HD Limited

Amazing mount! Well worth every penny!
This is by far the best phone mount I have used in my last 10 plus years of riding. Took a little time to install on my 09 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic, but for the benefit of a clean slick looking phone mount that charges my phone it was well worth every penny. The very next day after I got the mount fully installed I took the bike out for a 3 Day ride that was over 1100Miles. Not once did it move on me or my phone moved. I spent about 100 Miles in down pouring rain and had no issues with the mount, also my bike sat through a thunderstorm, at our first night of camp, and it still functioned and worked as it should have the next day. Note: I turned the Harley Davidson Perch mount upside down so my phone would sit lower on my 12" Ape Hangers. this way it was more in sight with my vision. Excellent product! 100% satisfied!

Phone would vibrate facing down.
Installed it easily enough but would not keep phone in place. Due to the length of the arm it was like a tuning fork and would vibrate the phone so much that you could not read the screen and would slowly move facing down. Also it scratched my fairing and windscreen. Returned it immediately.

Glides downward
I love the position on the fairing and the tight grip around my iPhone. It does tend to glide downward. I’ve contacted Ciro twice but haven’t heard from them. The silicone idea by a previous reviewer seems like a good idea.

Not a good option to hold a phone
Easy to mount, yet it will not tilt very far from straight up and down. It holds my 8s plus secure, however it is difficult to read because it is limited on the angle of view. The ball is metal but the knob for tightening is plastic. Guaranty it will crack out within a short period of time. You must tighten it very tightly and it still moves when hitting a bump in the road ( at least Oklahoma roads) which are some of the worst in the nation.I am going to sell it on market place to try and get some of my money back. I gave it to much time, trying to make it work. Went past the 30 day return for refund.I don't recommend this product for a gl 1800 goldwing or a streetglide special harley davidson.Maybe a bicycle, but then you would not need the charger style would you.

Awesome phone holder
This holds my Samsung S21 with an otter box case so well with no vibration and the buttons are easily accessible on my Harley. The Ciro is easily installed and is adjustable so it does not get in the way. I am so happy with this phone holder that I have ordered a second one with the charging capability for my other Harley.
