Not lacking in flavor!
This is the second time I’ve purchased this because we’ve really liked the flavor it adds to dishes. Most of the brands I’ve tried had little to no flavor but this one is different. I’ve used it in different Asian dishes and added it to the rice for added flavor with those dishes. I have a Ninja Combi Cooker and when I cook the rice to go along with stir fry, General Tso Chicken or other dishes, I use this as the oil instead of canola oil and it works really.

You want to use the right ingredients for authentic taste. (See Review, down a couple inches).
There are a lot of ingredients that can be thought of as the 'Make or Break' ingredient for your recipe. Take Italian Spaghetti Sauce, for instance. When people ask me to help them improve their Italian Spaghetti Sauce, for instance, I can usually take a whiff of their Sauce to see the problem: Most people don't use, or use enough Finocchio, which, in English, is Fennel Seed. We're lucky, here, in Wilmington, IL we have a great Italian Butcher Shop, Faletti's Meats, that makes Italian Sausage. One day I walked into Faletti's and asked Barney, if he could make me some Italian Sausage (whose key ingredient is Fennel Seed), with a double dose of Fennel seed. Barney told me: 'We don't put Fennel Seed in our sausage.' WHAT??? I replied; 'in Italy, you can get the Death Penalty for that.' Barney shot back: 'Not in the part of Italy I'm from.' There ARE those who don't like Fennel, but I maintain - with due respect to Barney - that Fennel is the key ingredient to Italian Spaghetti Sauce. Typically, the Fennel is introduced as an ingredient in the Sausage. Aldi sells a good Italian Sausage, Buono brand. But you can add it directly to your sauce, as well. I add a 'good shot' of Fennel... a couple of good Tablespoons full, at least. For Mexican food, Chili, for instance, you can improve your Chili with a good shot of Yellow Cornmeal and Cumino, in English, Cumin. Cilantro or Parsely helps, too. And for Chinese Food, Toasted Sesame Seed Oil helps.
