Contains a lot of dust particles within.A lot means a lot.Moreover I have a concern whether it's real horsetail leaves.

It’s included many thick stems with soft leaves.so a big problem to grind it.and not sure these thick and big stems have the same benefits as the horsetail leaves or not.should I grind those manually and use?I attached pics.
