Watch not charging. Seller was understanding and helpful, sent me another watch straight away, but second watch was not charging either. Returned both watches.

Cannot get sim card to work. Tried multiple different ones, but no luck.Other than that a great toy for my little one.Many different options. Has 2 cameras obviously not a great quality but what would you expect for this price.Touchscreen works fine has about 5 games on it and some music.Do not expect fitness watch as it's just a kids toy!

Not quite as described, we actually returned item as I think it had a faulty battery! It does not let you actually send text messages either! And pretty over priced

Phone calls and video calls work. However, the GPS is very inaccurate, locating the watch in random locations up to 1km away from real location. Battery lasts about 2 days without using apps on the watch.

Great device but can’t seem to turn ringer volume down, it is very loud.

Bought this for a birthday girl (5 year old) she absolutely loves it ! Loves the games and also helps her with getting familiar with numbers and also telling the time !The games are a huge hit as well. Haven't tried to get a sim as I think she is too young so can't comment on that.

I got it for 5 year old boy who loves listen to the music and dance everywhere. He plays music on the watch, dance and jumps around. It's a distraction in the car as well, he takes hundreds of selfies with silly faces and plays games, we have no moaning in the car. he learnt to read a watch and reminds us of keeping control on time! Strap seems durable and it's easy to put on. Haven't put a sim card into it so can't comment.
