Does this come in original Magpul package and does it contain the Magpul sticker decal

Yes this is original Magpul. The sticker is not included with the pulls only stocks and handguards. BUT, I can include a sticker or two if you remind me when you order. I have a ton of them

Can it fit a 6.5x1x2.5 inch magazine?

If it is a .223 or 5.56 magazine then it should fit and it all depends on how much force you can use to pull it up on the end of the mag.

Does it fit smith and wesson mp 15-22 magazines?

If its the same size as a Standard 556/223 Mag it may.

When might a speed loader for .223 be available on Amazon?

Just use another website. There are many great companies that should be supported. Optics Planet and Midway are two excellent options.
