Nice multi use hand tool. A must for the tool bag.
Nice little hand tool. Came with 2 blades. 10 inch hacksaw and a 6 inch reciprocating blade. The hacksaw blade has about 5 inches of usable blade when clamped into the handle. Very nice for light duty cutting in tight spots. Plan to use it for cutting off rusted bolts. But there is probably a 1000 uses. A wood blade would make this a nice branch pruner or garden tool, nice for drywall cutting as well. Construction feels heavy enough for most household jobs and it has an easy thumb screw for changing blades. Happy with my investment.

Not top quality, works as described though.
If you end up pushing while sawing, its likely to break. These types of tools are made with a plastic handle and chinesium for the blade holder. Eventually that holder will break. Little TINY screws actually hold the slightly floppy metal connector end onto the plastic handle. Kindof an emergency, light use tool. But... if you are careful, its exactly as described. Buy more than one if you plan to get some use from it.

nice hand saw
the Stanley and Dewalt are the same for using the reciprocating blade you must catch the hole between the screw and the plate use a little wd-40 on the saw blade and it cuts through aluminum plates well. do yourself a favor and buy stiffer hack saw blades so you can use a little force. these work much better than trying to hold the blade in your fingers. Wish i could find the original no name holder i had ten years ago from ace it was the best however the folding milwalki seems to fit my hand almost as well.

Not in new condition
Great product! I love DEWALT, but very disappointed with this Amazon delivery. Package looked like it was previously opened and returned. It was taped together with scotch tape. I gave 3 stars because it was not in new condition.

Looks cheap, but is sturdy
It felp cheap in my hands, but i have used and abused it and it holds up! Im sold!

Cuts through rusted bolts
I only bought this to cut through a rusted toilet tank bolt. If anyone wants to know if that works, it does. Exactly what I needed

A bit flimsy to use as your main saw (in particular with hacksaw blades) but its compact handle does make it useful for tight spaces.
