The best thing you can say about a product like this is that it was as expected and presented no problems.The forms line up correctly for our QuickBooks Enterprise software, and they printed with no problems.The microperforations along the edge and between forms tear cleanly if first folded back and forth once, and are strong enough to keep the forms from coming apart in the printer. I folded and tore several pages at once.The envelopes seal easily and the windows show only address information and obscure any private information such as tax numbers.The only thing I wish they included is a large envelope for mailing the red forms to the IRS, but as far as I know, none of the products available include a large IRS envelope.Overall, we are very happy with these forms.

I pay royalties to authors and contributors, so I have to file a 1099-MISC for them. This is the first time I found current forms ready use or print to. I was really surprised to find them in an affordable kit, suitable for up to 25 employees or payees. The forms fit right into my laser printer and it already had the template in the computer. Exactly what I wanted.

Received quickly the next day, which was great as I waited until last minute. Someone stated they removed a star because they had to cut the top and bottom forms apart. Not a problem unless you need more than twelve, just print one to a page!

Much less expensive than Quickbooks 1099 forms from Intuit; they work with Quickbooks 1099 wizard so you don't need to load or download additional software.Advise printing out first sample on blank sheet of paper & compare printing with boxes in form, then adjust until printing is properly oriented to boxes.

Worked perfectly. HOWEVER, I dropped a star because you need to manually cut the top and bottoms apart for each vendor. If it was perforated that would really help. The form layout for my Quickbooks printed dead on, first time. Leave Collate checked on the print box!

Had not received forms ordered from IRS, and these came exactly as they said, the day before the deadline. Very nice quality with plenty of extra forms and envelopes, except for 1096s, only contained three, which was adequate, but a couple more would have been handy. Terrific service!

I was new at doing 1099s. Being new and also being tired, I didn't realize or see that there were 2 per page, and thought there were only enough for 13 vendors. I sent them back for a refund. Although the mistake was mine, and there really was no problem, I already went to Staples, bought new ones and have printed them. I have requested that the vendor provide a refund. If they do, the three stars will change to five.

Combo 1096/1099 pack is good deal. Paper and print quality are excellent. Wish it had more than 3 1096 forms but still better than having to purchase separate packs of 1096 and 1099.
