This is a great little steamer. Cleans floors well. The pad picks up so much. It heats up fast. No harsh chemicals… I decided to try converting it to the handheld for my tile grout and it did amazing work very quickly! I wish it came with more than one pad and the cord is not very long. Other than that, love it.

I ordered this Eureka multifunctional Steam Mop for my hardwood floors at my office. Unfortunately the first item came unusable. There was no damage to the item however it did not work at all. I requested a replacement through Amazon and they sent a new one out immediately. Unfortunately, the same thing was wrong with that one. It wasn't very difficult to put together however I can't really say if it worked or not as both the original and the replacement unit did not function in the same manner.

OK THIS IS MY FIRST STEAMER, AN SO FAR EVERYTHING IS GOOD. THE ONLY COMPLETE I HAVE IS THAT THE MOP PAD IS TO WEEK?, LIKE IDK HAVE TO SAY THIS WEN UR MOPING THE PAD IS BARLEY TOUCHING THE FLOOR? I HAVE TO PUT LIKE SMALL TOWELS IN THER TO FILL IT TO MAKE IT MORE PUFFY SO IT CAN TOUCH THE FLOOR MORE BETTER. BECAUSE IF YOU DON'T DO THAT THEN ULL BE CLEANING FOREVER!?

I dont like the cord isnt long enough and should come with more cleaning pads

This is a basic floor steam cleaner and it worked well. I had another famous brand that was very difficult to put the pad on, and would leak water, so I decided to replace it with this machine. Overall I'm happy with it. The pad was rather dirty after cleaning, and I had just used the other machine less than a week prior. I have not tried any of the attachments yet.

So to start this off, I have to say that this little steam vacuum was a complete lifesaver for my house. I moved into an apartment this summer and within the first week my children had dumped tempura paint everywhere on our brand new carpet. I completely lost it, I never thought that I would get this paint out of my carpet, even after hours of scrubbing on my hands and knees. I could not get this paint out of this carpet. I remembered that I had the steam up. I had never used it before. I had been saving it for the hardwood floors in the house. However I thought to myself, What do I have to lose? Inside this floor steamer all I put in was Dawn dish soap and water and very very little Dawn dish soap. It was mostly just water. I went over the painted carpet for less than 30 minutes and almost all of the leftover paint stains which was significant was gone. All that is left is a very tiny tinge of paint that you can't even really notice except when you really get down on the floor and look at it. This steam mop saved my carpet and it's not even advertised for carpets. It is advertised for hardwood floors and rugs, but I will tell you that this cleaned my carpet so well. It cleaned the carpet better than what the professional carpet cleaners had done before I moved into my apartment. I removed so much disgusting gunk from that spot in the carpet that the paint was that the carpet color is actually a wider and brighter color than it was when I first moved in after it was professionally cleaned. I highly recommend this steam mopper for any small or big job. Granted. If you do want to try a big job, just know that it will take a long time because this is not a very big steamer but it still gets the job done.
