Can't live without it!
Recently sold/bought a house and after three months of the wife and I putting our hands under the builder grade pullout expecting it to come on, I knew something had to be done!As a previous owner of a v1 Moen 7594ESRS Arbor With Motionsense One-Handle High Arc Pulldown Kitchen Faucet Featuring Reflex, Spot Resist Stainless , which is very good, I was just going to repurchase. However, I noticed the absolutely GORGEOUS STo had been added to the lineup along with a MotionSense update. I like just about everything about the STo version more, the main exception to this would be the price -- ouch!!! The install was definitely easier without having to mount the control box and deal with the extra set of hoses present with v1 MotionSense. I like that there is no valve in the handle (only in the control box), as we had an Arbor cartridge fail and flood the counter before it was noticed.I highly recommend the STo and reading the reviews by Adam Wood for this faucet and the v1 Arbor, IMO he is spot on. Something of note, the Moen 159060 Hose Guide will NOT work with the updated MotionSense faucets due to the configuration of the hoses and placement of the control box.-----------------------------UPDATE 6/16/16Couple of things I wanted to add to my review:1. If the handle becomes loose, you'll need a 3/32 allen wrench to tighten2. Called Moen and mentioned the inability to switch between stream and spray without turning off the water. They sent a replacement sprayer, which works exactly the same way as the original. In messing with the sprayer, I did discover that you don't need to turn the water completely off, just down to a small stream3. Still VERY happy with this purchase and Motionsense functionality!

Buyer Beware
Recently bought several Moen products for a remodel. Bathroom sinks, showers, tubs, water facet... everything we could buy had to be Moen. After all, they are the best right? Do not be fooled into thinking a dollar amount equals a superior product like I did. This picture shows our leaking kitchen faucet after just 30 minutes of being wiped dry. Notice the leaks from the bottom and the handle. At first we assumed it was simply water from dishes or hand washing, ect. We returned home from a vacation to our entire counter, floors, under sink compartment FLOODED. Totally unacceptable for a product to do this, let alone a $500 faucet. This faucet was installed by a professional plumber less than 6 months ago. Like the customer service I waited on hold for over an hour for, this product is disappointing.

Great faucet; simple, functional electronics; easy to install...perhaps
Style aside, the principal reason I selected this faucet was the simplistic nature of its electronics. For example, compare the installation requirements and user complaints for a similar Delta electronic faucet – night and day.As faucets go, this was one of the easiest I have ever installed. Anyone with average capacity for tool use can install it. The instructions are written in baby-steps, too, making it that much easier. That said, I recommend that you have someone experienced install if for you if you’re not handyman adept. The problem is not installing the new faucet. If the under-sink cabinet in your kitchen is anything like ours, there are other things you have to wrestle with:GARBAGE DISPOSER: In order to have room to work, I had to drop out the disposer. That also meant re-hanging and re-connecting it again on the back end of the job.DISHWASHER: There are water supply lines and drain lines that have to be addressed to assure that the pull-down spray hose enjoys unimpeded travel.THE OLD FAUCET: I needed a special faucet wrench and various other tools to disconnect and remove the old faucet, which, having been there a LONG time, was really reluctant to leave. (I actually had to cut some parts out.)DEEP SINK: We have a deep, single-bowl, sink. In fact they tout this faucet as being particularly suited to deep sinks. Indeed, it is. But that also means that the sink descends far into the ceiling of the cabinet, with the result that I had to work in a narrow and deep crevasse between the back of the sink and the back wall of the cabinet. In our case, the sink is sufficiently deep that the clever wrench that Moen provides with the faucet for simplifying the installation wasn’t long enough to use as conceived.RO SYSTEM: Of course not everyone has a reverse osmosis system also crammed under the sink as we do, but its supply and drain lines also had to be dealt with.MINOR SHORTCOMING: The only thing I don’t like about the faucet is the length of the pull-down hose. The weight attached to the hose which retracts it and pulls the sprayer up into its nested position will not permit the hose to extend beyond the sink’s boundary. Our old pull-out faucet had no weight, so the hose could extend farther, and I could use it to fill a coffee machine on the counter nearby. Not the worst of complaints, to be sure.BOTTOM LINE: We love the faucet. It is everything that Moen says that it is. It is also as easy to install as a faucet can be, remarkably so. I installed IT in 30 minutes or less, but the rest of the task took hours, a lot of tools, and experience.

Its a nightmare
It won't work most of the time. I want to replace it with one that is touch free but not a smart faucet that requires Alexa to operate. Moen is for LIFE. Please help me to replace it with one that works.

Color in picture is inaccurate
This looks bright gold in the pictures but its VERY rose gold....almost could be described as having a brownish hue. Doesn't even remotely match our other gold hardware and fixtures. Not sure you could even find hardware to match the color of this thing.Hidden pull down is a very small plastic head that fits up inside the faucet. Seems pretty cheap and again is very small. I could close my hand around it and you wouldn't even know I was holding something. For the price point of $500+ dollars this was a major disappointment...it was immediately returned

Great Looking, Quality Not So Great
This is a nice looking faucet, but it doesn't work as well as it looks. The sensors stop working when the battery level is not close to full. The pull out shower head is a cheap piece of plastic that doesn't belong on a product this expensive. As far as the dual sensors, the bottom one is more of an annoyance than a convenience. It is set off by anything warm near it, which includes steam from pouring out boiling water.

As expected
Well took a risk and bought this versus conventional faucets. In addition, I bought the AC adapter which I would have expected to be included and not add another $150 to the already super expensive faucet. All in all, I’m happy so far with it. It does have two sensors on it, one for flow as required when activated by motion in front of it. The second is constant flow if you way your hand over the top. It does stop after a long use for safety which I like as well for accidental triggers (pets etc.). It also has the option to disable the sensors very easily or one of them if you like. Extra bonus points for that. So far so good.

Love the clean look!
Love the look of this faucet! It's great for no fingerprints or water spots. My only problem is I'm finding that with the high arc the water is falling farther and hits the sink, or items within, and splashes. I'm constantly wiping off the counter and backsplash. It's a beautiful clean looking faucet though, great for a contemporary look.

Solid product from a reputable brand.
Solid faucet - good looking and excellent build quality. That said, value is 3 stars because the price for the faucet is quite high. It is after all just a faucet at the end of the day. But if you’re in the market for a faucet and this is the budget you have, then this faucet won’t disappoint.(Mine came in plain box packaging and the parts were all over the place. The contents didn’t seem to be factory sealed. Luckily nothing was damaged during shipping and Amazon has a very good return/exchange policy)

SCAM - Faucet in the box is not the correct model
SCAM. The product I purchased is not the product that was in the box. Opened the box and found that the faucet inside is NOT the one pictured, but an old model with no sensor.

Beautiful faucet, so many compliments! Nice and high but not too high that is splashes. Just wish the hose was slightly longer. Other then that great product !
