My hair and skin love these chews. It’s incredibly dry in northern New England, and chews have certainly helped reduce flakiness. My hair is growing like crazy. I thought my hair salon wasn’t doing a good job with my roots, but it’s because my hair is growing so fast:). I just purchased another bag. Personally, I like the flavor. It reminds me of Flintstones vitamins. I eat one per day, but I’m curious how two chews would work?

This is the first nail supplement that has worked for me to actually grow beautiful nails. Ive tried other biotin products but this combo of biotin and collagen really did the trick. Don't give up it takes a little over a month to see results. The taste is not great, but who cares just eat it with your lunch. This is much better than swallowing a gigantic horse pill. Love these, I'm on my fourth bag. I only take one chew a day.

Flavor is pretty good, fast shipping as well! The thing i love about it is you only have to take 1 a day and it comes with a 60 day supply, also it has both collagen and biotin in it which is what i was looking for. Havent noticed too much of a difference since i just started but im hopeful.Update*Ive taken about a month and a half worth and i can say i have seen the difference with hair growth, my toe nails have grown, not much on finger nails and my hair still falls out due to hormonal problems but hair growth has been awesome! I have broken out a lil bit which i allready struggle with hormonal issues and oily skin but its not too unbearable where i have to stop taking them. Id have better luck with these than any other biotin pills ive taken and the gummies dont get stuck on your teeth after chewing them. Price is also very reasonable, will be buying more once im out.

I was afraid that the chews would be stale since I was ordering online but that was not the case! The chews are not for everyone, taste wise. They taste like a sugar free fruit chew. But they work great! Anytime I have an event to go to I take these a week in advance and these make my skin glow in no time! Everyone always comments my skin when I take these. These are a must have ladies!

I love the taste. My nails were destroyed last year after having A&C nails put on. When I removed the product my nails were paper thin. Since taking this product, my nails are doing great and my eyebrows are definitely filling in with never really having full eyebrows. I am satisfied with this product.

Good flavor, expensive especially considering there are other multivitamin out there with more potent vitamins. I do like that they are individually wrapped so I can throw a couple in my purse for when I forget to take them and easy to pack so you don’t have to pack the whole container.

These have made a noticeable difference in my nails and skin. My nails used to break quite easily or splinter, but I haven't had that happen in the 8+ months I have been taking these. I have also had fewer breakouts and my skin tone has become more even. I haven't seen a noticeable difference in my hair, but I'm sure it is helping.I also really like this as a chew. I have a little jar of them in my bathroom and eat one as I'm getting ready for bed.

Typically I like the GNC vitamins, but these taste horrible and have an even worse after taste. I don't know if I will be able to choke them down.
