Super accurate and easy to see
I installed this on a Remington 870 12GA with a 28" smooth bore ventilated barrel shotgun. I used a bore sighter to see where things were at. It somehow it appeared to spot on with no adjustment?? Bore sighting is good to get you "on paper" so for the next step I took it to the local dept fish and game practice range which is a quarry into the hill side nice and safe for slugs. Low and behold the thing was not just on paper but was SPOT ON!The tru-glo system is easy to see and aim with. I used this setup at 15 to 25 yards for deer hunting this season and was very successful.

Great fit and quality!
Bought these to mount on my turkey barrel to be able to get the center of the shot pattern to be a point of aim. Mounted them in just a few minutes on a fully camouflage Mossberg rib. Mossberg has a pretty wide rib, so it did not require any of the included spacers. The front sight was snug, almost "snapped" into place, but they do fit and the design squeezes the rib when you tighten it, so it won't leave set screw gouges like some other sights do. They look great, fit great, and now have windage and elevation adjustments so these will be a game changer!

They Work For Now
Installation wasn't all that hard but one of the plastic inserts I needed wasn't well formed on the outside and it had to be sanded down some to fit. The dovetail on the ghost ring sight which I wanted to use needed to also be sanded down a little but once the sights were installed they do fit very tight. Sighting in was easy. They are made of a soft alloy so don't over tighten and I fill there is not any need to loctite them. That's up to you. They work so now we will see if they will have a long life or not.

Trash
Looks good but TRASH to install. Weak Allen wrenches come with it, weak insert screws. Don’t waste your money. I am returning

Great Product
So I’ve had this product for my sons gun. We put it on his gun for Turkey season as it had no sight. We went out the last weekend to get it dialed in. Product is easy to place on the gun and easy use. Works great.

Patience is key
Mod. 870 Remington... Let me first state: I am very critical of and particular when it comes to addressing issues."Patience" is key here.I was able to get them to mount and set on the ribbing as needed after about 1.5 hours of trying various ways to get the sights to center and secured properly on the ribbing. However these parts are small and very frustrating to handle. As trying as it was to finally get them mounted I am pleased with the end result for now. Usage over a little time may sway this mans opinion. They look nice, bright visuals, appear to be of good quality and serve my purpose.I am in agreement with some previous comments. These could have had a better design which would have improved securing them to the rib and shortened the installation.Form and function go hand in hand as far as I am concerned. This item lacked some form."Patience" ---- Just glad I don't install these for a living... lol

Great fit on Mossberg 500
I used them on a tactical Moss erg 500 with vent rib barrel. Fit perfect, easy to see, and easy to adjust

Nice but horrible install
Ok these optics are nice and work well... However.... Installation nightmare! I attempted to install these on a Remington 870... At first this seemed impossible, the way the sight attachment mechanism is designed is completely flawed. Because it is "universal" there is some play in the attachment. The way these work is the top attachment sits on the rib and two clamps clamp the bottom of the rib when it is tightened down. Heres where the problem is the clamp pieces do not extend long enough under the rib so when they begin to feel pressure from the screws they pry out away from the rib then the whole assembly pops off. This took some modification to get to work. First I had to mill out the under side of the rear mount because the "universal" slot doesn't fit a 870 rib at least not mine. Then I had to go to Ace fine 1.7mm micro screws. I had to drill through the two lower clamps to fit my screw and then countersink it since it wasn't long enough to reach through, then milled out the other side to hold the micro nut. This was a painful process but they worked out ok got a turkey this season with them.
