If I could pick no star that would be my choice. Installation was simple but I got very slight usage before the machine says, "check cartridge". Upon inspection there appears to be ink remaining on the cartridge, yet the trouble remains. I used to be able to buy these cartridges just about anywhere, Walmart, Staples, Office Depot, etc.. Now, nobody sells them. I guess my only option is to dispose of this piece of equipment which works very well beyond this issue.

I do not receive many faxes any more so not sure if the cartridge will work properly, however, my fax machine did not recognize the new cartridge, so not sure when it comes time to receive a fax.

So far works just fine. Time will tell.

Really glad I could get a cartridge for my ANCIENT fax machine. I still use it once in awhile. Old Reliable when I can't scan something.
